French Fries were hot and crispy like Wendy's promises, but other elements of the meal were incorrect. When I brought this to the attention of the staff (asking only fir a replacement - not credit) they gave me hard time about it.
The Elsmere location is better for accuracy on orders and I will just always go there instead.
This location is the worst in the area 1 of 10 - do not recommend.

Wanted a Dave's single with everything and heavy pickles....got home and ut was a cheeseburger with mayo, ketchup and mayo. It was luke warm and they were busy either...so disappointed in this restaurant. Don't go here if you expect your good to be correct...big disappointment!! 🙄🙄

The spoon was not clean I don't like spoons in a plastic wrap because the plastic gets on the spoon please make this place better I want some special spoon but still it makes me mad that there's plastic stuff on my spoon like please put it in a special thing so it doesn't have plastic on it the place is good but the spoon isn't I will rate this back to 5 out of 5 if you make the spoon not in a plastic wrap

So disappointed. They didn't give me my complete order. Combo meals are not cheap and they didn't give me a while combo meal (tendees). I live 25 to 30 minutes away and I am not driving back. So, I've been calling the number on the receipt for the past 35 minutes non stop and no one answers. Why provide a phone number if no one is going to answer the phone? I definitely will be writing the corporate office about this.

What's the point of going here. Go in to order and they person taking orders cannot understand English. Repeatedly said the lemonade I wanted and the person looked at me like I was speaking gibberish. Manager just standing there watching the situation unfold without helping her cashier. Never even got to taste the new lemonade go figure. Just avoid them and go elsewhere. Plenty of McDonald's and others around to pick up the slack. Thanks to the district and regional managers allowing the general manager to run this location without a bit of organization and leadership.

Can't handle a mild crowd on a weekday night. Was told to wait a minute when I got to the drive through... 10 minutes later nobody is moving and my order isn't being taken. There were only three vehicles in front of me. I left and so did some of the people behind me.
