We actually ordered delivery last minute, and we were surprised by the level of care that went into the food. I’ve been casually grabbing food to go from Applebees for a long time (esp in my 20s) and this was by far the best tasting meal I’ve ever had from Applebees. You can tell the kitchen is putting effort into presentation and prep - the food was done perfectly, and all the sides and utensils etc. were in the bag. Really nice to see that extra customer care.

Ordered the salmon without being blackened but they didn't even put any salt and pepper. Very bland and a bit fishy tasting. No broccoli available even though it's on the menu and I was told they haven't had broccoli to offer for months. I had the string beans and they were very mushy.

Excellent Service at the Middletown,DE location. Friendly staff. They care about our Military. My husband and I are both Veterans. On Veteran's Day 2025, they provided a free meal to all Military plus a discount coupon for another meal until May. They even had on T-shirts that day in our honor. Just want them to know we appreciated it.
