We are new to the Middletown DE area, as we just moved from New York, so we were looking for a pizzeria which serves New York style pizzas. Caruso’s pizza was nearest to our new place and had decent reviews. The cashier was new but the owner was besides her helping her. Both of them were courteous and welcoming. They helped me choose the pizza I wanted and it was ready by the promised time. The pizza was good, and as it was a large one, we even saved some for the following day...
Hands down the best NY style pizza in New Castle County. Even if you don’t live in Middletown, it’s worth the trip. They have a large and unique selection of slices that come out perfectly crispy. Service is great! Our favorite pie to take home is the upside-down square pie add sausage. This place is a must try!!!
I stopped to have a couple of slices to go and I have to say that the tomatoe Sicilian was really good. The sauce was an actually good one!
