Located in a well-decorated setting, the First State Brewing Company offers a unique menu with its own twists on classic dishes. The service is exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff, including the bartender, who provides top-notch service. The beer selection is impressive, with a variety of options to choose from, including their Raspberry Berliner Weisse and The Festbier, which received high praise for being crisp, refreshing, and unforgettable. Some menu items stand out, such as the Apple Scrapple grilled cheese, the Smokehouse burger, and the fresh cut fries with spicy aioli dip, which was very good. The wings are also popular, especially the charred orange ginger flavor, though some may find certain sauces, like the Black Garlic, less appealing. The pasta is tasty and succulent, making it hard to stop eating. Kids' fried chicken cuts, however, were found to be lacking seasoning, but the kids cheese burger was good.
