For the middle of August, course was in pretty good shape. As most public courses very few tend to fix their balls make on the greens on impact. This was very evident the day we played.
The course was wet from recent rains, but it very good condition.
FH is a favorite.of mine. Been playing there occasionally for 2 decades. Undulating greens and strategically placed sand traps.
And the price with Cart at $45.00 is great value.

Fantastic. Was driving from NY to Ocean City and called on way down, on a Saturday. Got a 1:30pm Tee time. Arrived at 12:50 and got right out. We were a twosome and were done in 3hrs 15 mins. Course was beautiful. Tee boxes and traps were great. Greens beautiful. Had a drink after round and Head Pro Patrick stopped by and talked for 30 mins. Such a friendly place and great golf course. See you next year Patrick.
