Went it right before close. Staff was friendly and helpful. I got the strawberry frozen lemonade, it was really good, with chunks of strawberries. I loved it!

Came to this establishment this evening. The girl working behind the counter was extremely helpful, providing samples and recommendations for me and my family. The Ice cream was delicious and the establishment was clean! 10/10. Definitely will be coming back!!

If I could rate zero stars I would. Website states the store closes at 9:30pm and as me and my husband walked in, the girl states that they were closed. As we told her that the website states they close at 9:30pm she shook her head and gave attitude. This happened July 21,2025 @ 9:03pm. SHOULD BE FIRED with her attitude.

Came here a few times for some ice cream and it was really good. I enjoyed the vanilla with gummy bears! Plus the customer service here is really friendly and polite. They let u have samples of stuff before u buy it to make sure u like it. Not everyone does that these days unfortunately. This place is gas. If you don’t know what that means, it means it’s BUSSIN like really good u should come check it out !

We went into this location recently, and when we first walked in we were not greeted. Nevertheless they had profane provocative music playing which is completely unacceptable given that people bring their kids in as well.
Despite the fact we weren’t greeted or had a friendly welcome in, we ordered our ice creams which were ok. Flavor selection was kind of basic, but I’m more so disappointed in the quality service. I’m not sure if it’s because it was closer to closing times, but the two young ladies were very distasteful, and had lazy attitudes.
Not to mention, as we were ordering I had took a glance around the parlor and seen two teeth retainers sitting on the table. Absolutely disgusting. I can’t fathom coming back to this location. Wish I would have went to Brusters instead.

We’re should I start my family and I used to come to this place a lot but today will definitely be our last the teenage workers were being very dismissive,rude and very impatient with us and our kids while waiting for us to make a decision on ice cream she kept slamming items down in front of us on the counter when we would ask for our cup sizes we come in and spend 20 to 35$ each time and because on her and her friends/coworkers on going nasty attitudes we will no longer visit this place sad to loose customers over rude privileged young girls

Had a lovely experience this weekend! My only complaint is how cold it is in there but its an ice cream shop lol. The two girls who helped me were very kind and their elation transferred to my spirits after a rough week. I believe their names were Gracie and Katie, they let me try just about every flavor and informed me on pricing so I was prepared to order. The sea salt caramel and truffle was excellent and I was very glad the one girl suggested it to me. Very clean store and excellent employees.

I visited the shop last night for the first time and I would not recommend this place to anyone!! Almost 7 dollars for a little portion and total rip off and it tasted a little freezer burnt and the workers were rude and snobby teenage girls and it's ridiculous to charge extra for a cone when it's already almost 7 dollars for a cup, the girl that took my order gave me an attitude when I asked where my ice cream was at, and her and another girl remained on their phones at the register and made me feel very unwelcome, if I was the manager I would've fired all of those bratty self entitled teenagers that being on their phones is more important than the customers and also I can go to Food Lion and buy 2 half gallons of ice cream for less than 7 dollars, it's a complete waste of time and money
