We’re should I start my family and I used to come to this place a lot but today will definitely be our last the teenage workers were being very dismissive,rude and very impatient with us and our kids while waiting for us to make a decision on ice cream she kept slamming items down in front of us on the counter when we would ask for our cup sizes we come in and spend 20 to 35$ each time and because on her and her friends/coworkers on going nasty attitudes we will no longer visit this place sad to loose customers over rude privileged young girls

Had a lovely experience this weekend! My only complaint is how cold it is in there but its an ice cream shop lol. The two girls who helped me were very kind and their elation transferred to my spirits after a rough week. I believe their names were Gracie and Katie, they let me try just about every flavor and informed me on pricing so I was prepared to order. The sea salt caramel and truffle was excellent and I was very glad the one girl suggested it to me. Very clean store and excellent employees.

I visited the shop last night for the first time and I would not recommend this place to anyone!! Almost 7 dollars for a little portion and total rip off and it tasted a little freezer burnt and the workers were rude and snobby teenage girls and it's ridiculous to charge extra for a cone when it's already almost 7 dollars for a cup, the girl that took my order gave me an attitude when I asked where my ice cream was at, and her and another girl remained on their phones at the register and made me feel very unwelcome, if I was the manager I would've fired all of those bratty self entitled teenagers that being on their phones is more important than the customers and also I can go to Food Lion and buy 2 half gallons of ice cream for less than 7 dollars, it's a complete waste of time and money

Absolutely Dreadful dreary and downright never will go back in my life. No personality, felt straight negativity as in "I don't want to be here" mentality and constantly was talking on the phone and acted like they were entitled brats. If i was the manager I would have fired every single one of them. will not be returning. I don't know who's been smoking what, but whoever been rating five stars must have been done this years ago because currently I would not wish upon my worst enemy to go ever. overly priced, portion control and snippiness; would you really want to have your money being spent at this place? I don't think so.

Ordered through DoorDash, and items were missing. Neither the store manager nor the DoorDash driver were willing to make accommodation for follow-up delivery of the missing items ordered. The subsequent conversation with the store manager basically consisted of hearing little more than lame excuses and "nothing I can do about it." The DoorDash driver, of course, refused to return to the store because she allegedly "wouldn't get paid" to do so. In this instance, incredibly poor customer service on the part of both the Haagen-Dazs store manager as well as DoorDash.

Right in the middle of high street Middletown is a prime spot to get an afternoon ice cream. This Häagen-Dazs shop is the perfect place to grab a treat with a friend or loved one. If you catch it the right time “right now” ? you can get that good pumpkin spice milkshake. It’s like drinking a pumpkin pie.
