Got a tray of pretzels here the other day for a party, staff was awesome and pretzels were great. Management needs to get these employees a better AC unit or something because I was dying for the 5 minutes I was in there, I can't imagine working there all day.
Best pretzels.
I had a great experience at the Pretzel Factory! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, delicious, and exactly what I was hoping for. You can really tell they take pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!
