Southern Restaurants near Middletown

“So Crystal's have been in my neighborhood for awhile but I'm jus getting to go there. Got fish sandwich, mac n cheese, cabbage. Son got bourbon chicken over fries, mac n cheese. Food was very good. Seasoned well. Good portions. Eat sum now eat sum later for both of us so price was worth it. Well went back a week later with my BFF and got two fish platters but he got yams and I got mac n cheese. This time Crystal was there and in walked Steve and 30 minutes later we came out of this delightful place with good food AND good conversation from the owners!! They were a delightful decent Black power couple and we totally enjoyed the banter!!! Food was even better my second visit and once again we both was able to get 2 meals out of our platters. Keep up the good work and I will definitely suggest Crystal's Comfort Food if ur looking for sum soulful eating!!“
