So in these days having open restaurants Is a bonus, its hard to find quality people to fill positions so if you choose to have someone else do what most are quite capable of doing yourself, than have a little patience, and understanding, or I'm sure the establishment that does not meet your expectations will gladly hire you. enjoy your dsy
