Waited a long time for drive thru order & burger was given to us with a condiment we had specifically requested left off due to food allergy. We parked went inside explained to you lady at counter. Man came back reexplained. Watched 2 other orders filled before new burger was brought back. Our driver experience start to end of getting corrected burger was nearly 45 minutes. Definitely not the experience I had expected.
Had some points I had to get used up, and this location was on the way. Got a chicken strip basket and the strips looked like nuggets. I will deff be sticking to the walnut location from now on.
Great blizzards, very nice cashier, BUT...we asked to get the deal advertised on the front window and we were told that we could not get the deal because the deal had expired...7 weeks ago! They said that they are behind in getting their old ads down. It's the little things that make you not want to go back.
