I ordered only 2 burritos and a large iced coffee. I get to work and something told me to check my account. They charged me $20. I called for refund and they refused because I have to be there. I said I can’t just leave work work. We can do it manually over the phone. They said NO that I have to come back. McDonald’s use to turn out future managers of other stores. The motto use to be always keep busy, no standing around, no talking, get a towel, wipe counter, refill, sweep, do a lobby/bathroom sweep. Now - everyone is too busy talking to fill anything, or even wait on a customer. we had to pull over and wait 5 minutes, store was not busy. didn't get the drink with combo, mcnuggets were ice cold nasty. oh and no BBQ sauce or ketchup. really didn't think it was a complicated order. but will be my last here!

McDonald's is a restaurant that serves good breakfast options. The counter staff can be inconsistent, and the removal of the drink section is a drawback. However, the ladies working at this location are amazing, with fast service and accurate orders. The restaurant is clean, and the manager's interactions with staff are pleasant. Drive-thru service is quick, with pleasant employees and hot food. Upgrades to meals are available at a minimal cost. The fries are cold most of the times and it’s frustrating, but other than that, this is a favorite McDonald's. The workers are very polite and if something is not right, they try their best to correct it. The cookies are amazing. While the surrounding parking lot could use attention, overall, McDonald's is a reliable spot for a quick meal.
