I've been to Jersey Mike's a # of times since they've opened. First few times I went I had a good experience but the last few times I've been has not been good. Bread tastes like it's day old certainly not fresh. The insides of the subs are ok but there again they are not consistent with the amount they put in the subs. Love it when they are good.
Wow. I'm blown away by the team working at this location on 3/27/2024. There was a man leading the team that kept the entire restaurant engaged. He was energizing and motivating to his team in such a positive way. So often these days, people in the service industry are unhappy and it impacts the client experience. My daughter and I appreciated the upbeat atmosphere. If I were hiring, I would want that leader at my company. I had my first JM sub last year at another location & thought I'd never try one again. Today I gave JM another chance at the Milford location & I will forever be a customer here. They are like cheers here and they will know your name, because you magicallybecome family. The beyond friendly & energetic service is definitely a rare find.
