Sat there for over 20mins and was the only car there, they could have cared less to answer the intercome and when we finally yelled hello we were met with an attitude young man asking us to hold on another 5 minutes until our order was taken. And sadly this isn't the only time we sat in the drive through lane for more than 15mins, one night we gave up and just left. Horrible service! The last 2 times they were out of some sort of chicken and when we finally got home it was mediocre at best. Definitely do not recommend especially if you want food fast

Yeah if I ever need taco bell I'll be driving 20 minutes to get it. I won't be going to this one ever again.

by now we’ve lived in milford for over 3 years, i try to avoid Milford’s Taco Bell like the plague & would rather drive to harrington. if we don’t wait for about 10-15 minutes in drive through before getting acknowledged, they often use the line “our system just went down, it’ll be about 30min”, or they are forgetting/messing up a order. after being in the F&B industry for 14yrs I truly do not understand how this location is up and running let alone making any sort of profit. i know the owner of harrington is not the same one for milford and it really shows! between Milford’s and Camden’s locations & the amount of states we have lived i would without hesitation say these are the absolute worst ones.

My question is does the general manager care about how employees talk to customers on drive thru? Rudeness isn’t the move at all. Changed my whole mood just because an employee attitude. What so ever if you short staff you shouldn’t treat your customers like trash. This isn’t going to bring customers to your restaurant having employees not caring about the behavior towards customers . Placed the order and left the line really ridiculous!
They need to clean house at this place or just throw the entire place away. They have the RUDEST employees I have encountered in my life, the nastiest KFC and taco bell food I have ever had, and apparently, management who does not care one bit. Save your time and your money and DO NOT eat here. Hopefully if enough people stop going, they will do something about it.

The absolute worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Ordered lunch today: Nachos bell grande combo, no beans and a hard taco. I added a five piece nugget and two cups of cheese sauce as well. I had to pull around and wait, which is fine. The fella came out with my order and I reiterated NO beans, right?? He confidently said that’s “correct.” I noticed in the bag immediately, they didn’t give me my nuggets. I went back in and grabbed them. I left and headed back to work to enjoy my lunch. That’s were I noticed the order was completely wrong. Not only did the nachos have BEANS but guacamole as well??!!!
I have said in past I won’t ever go here again but figured I’d give them a try. NEVER again. And don’t bother calling, the phone just rings and you’re not able to leave a message. What a waste of almost $16. Avoid this place at all costs!!
Milford , De taco bell sucks good was burnt and with no one else in line still took me 20 mins to get food. Had to go through the drive thru to use my card to pay only took cash if you went inside. This place really has went down hill quickly.

Food is trash literally every time i was hungry and tried to give em the benefit of the doubt but it was trash again tacos just poorly thrown together sloppy nasty meat this taco has to be the worst in Delaware by far and i live in Milford. And you can't even call because the phone ain't on. Terrible management terrible !
On July 18th at about 8:50 I pulled into the drive thru looking for a quick bite when I instead got told I was wasting time with no cars behind me when trying to modify my order to avoid allergies as I’ve done at other locations. Due to the service being awful I ended up going to the nearby Chick-fil-A across the street. I hope that nobody else uses this location.

And this is why I don't come here often. I get parked and one after another people are getting their food. I sat for 20 minutes while my food was inside on the counter. For what? You can bring everyone else's food out and not mine?

Eh, sounds about right. It hits the spot sometimes, but it's not exactly gourmet. I usually know what I'm getting into. Still, can't beat Tacos when you're drunk.

I don't think I've ever been to a place that is so consistently awful. They really need to shut this place down. Most of the time your order is wrong and the lines take way too long for any lunch break or "fast" food. It's a shame the closest one is Harrington, but I really do hope management changes soon.

We stopped here on the way home from the beach. The dining area was closed. The food was excellent. Service top notch.
