Went to wine dinner there on Saturday night. The food was great and paired very well with the wine.

It's always a pleasure to have lunch or dinner at Baywood. The service is efficient and friendly. The food rarely disappoints but the menu options don't change very often. The portions are large enough to split or take home half. We like to sit outside because the view is so pleasant. The side curtains come down if it rains and the ceiling fans are on in warm weather. Bar service is excellent.

We had our mom and dads 60th wedding anniversary party and it was FABULOUS. The food was amazing and the service was above and beyond. If you want to have the best party ever book Baywood Country Club.Parking: Convenient

We have been SoDel fans for years now and have had many a lovely meal in their various restaurants. But this one took things up to a whole new level of excellence. Chef Benny made the Cauliflower appetizer that was a masterpiece-perfectly tender veg surrounded by a tempura style crunchy batter in a delicious teriyaki type of sauce. We would come back just for this! Chef Bruce made the spectacular salmon with a sear that told me it had to have hit real fire...the best I've ever had. It sat on a bed of a lovely cream sauce and was served with perfectly cooked roasted potato halves and green beans. My husband (who is from the UK) got the fish and chips and while it is not done in the traditional British batter, it was wonderful. The fries were top notch too in a hand cut style with lots of crispy bits. Our server was Zulma and she was terrific-very helpful- since it was our first time with this menu...and everything was done just to our (sometimes complicated) specifications. We were not planning to order dessert...UNTIL...I saw Drew walking by. I went into a kind of celebrity spotting frenzy (hopefully not too embarrassing) so, of course, I had to try something that he had made. The rum cakes did not disappoint... We were SO enamoured of this place that we are seriously considering buying a house in the community. We have been thinking of moving and what would be more heavenly than a 5 star restaurant practically at your door step???

A really lovely place, with good solid food, friendly service, I enjoy it every time I go. Their clam chowder is definitely worth a mention.

Great food and service. Nice atmosphere as well. The pork chops are amazing. Bought a box of cookies to bring to a friends' house and they were a hit. We will definitely be going back!

We had a delicious meal on Wednesday night and a delightful server. She went out of her way to cater to the four of us girls. My meal was over the top delicious. Stuffed shrimp served on top of bulgar and green beans. I can’t wait to go back.

Wedding. The ceremony, grounds, why we picked this Venue. Wait staff horrible. The planner really let us down after ceremony. Dropped all our requests for inside service. No cake plates, napkins, cleared tables before guests even finished.

We were there for Thanksgiving both this year and last year. The food was much better last year; this year:- The turkey was gamey and possibly overly brined- The string bean casserole was watery and cold- The stuffing was dry and burntI'm not sure if the restaurant caters Thanksgiving (and hired different caterers) but for me the food quality dropped at least 3 stars from last year to this year.

My go to. Especially during the “second season”. We love the specials in the winter. The staff is amazing, the drinks and menu just perfect.Vegetarian options: Love their vegetarian bowls. Also the General Cho’s cauliflower. The flatbreads are also sometimes a vegetarian option.Kid-friendliness: We bring our grandkids quite often and the waitstaff are wonderful. Each and every time.
