“For one year now, I've been searching the Delaware and Ocean City, Maryland Beach area for traditional New York style pizza. Today I finally discovered bona Pizza in Long neck Delaware. Bona Pizza is a true New York style pizzeria. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The young woman working the counter. friendly, courteous staff and they answered all my questions that I had about the menu because this was my first time visiting. I ordered a 12-in Italian hoagie sub with everything and one slice of pepperoni pizza. The food was delivered hot and quickly. The pizza was everything that I was looking for. It had all the characteristics of true New York style pizza and even past the fold and hold test. The hoagie was perfect and the slice was devoured! Bona Pizza menu covers everything you would expect from a family-run pizzeria. Their dough is made fresh daily all their pizzas are hand tossed.
Bona pizza has free parking. They offer dine-in or patio. They have takeout as well as catering. Handicap accessible entrance as well as restrooms. They take cash and accept credit cards. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel like I've been a customer for years. Bona Pizza is the perfect place I've been searching for at the shore. One last thing, the smells are free”

“My son and I stop here now and then but each time, the food has always been good. The service is great and they are so nice to talk to. The little place stays busy, that's for sure. Breakfast sandwiches are filling, subs, though a little smaller than the area normal, are perfect each time. If you want to support any small business in this area, stop by this shop. You will not be disappointed.”

“A few weeks ago we wanted pizza but the Palace was closed, Sunday. Ordered 2 pies from Papa John's. Very disappointing. Last night I ordered from the Palace. It was excellent as usual. We will never go to Papa John's again”

“Last Friday, my wife and I went to the paradise pub for dinner. I have to say, the service was extremely outstanding. Every time one of the waitresses that past our table , asked if we needed something or if everything was OK. They were all extremely attentive, especially one of the managers Kristen, I believe. I think Paradise pub should be extremely proud of the staff. The food was delicious. My wife loved her cheesesteak, and I enjoyed the flounder pounder, immensely. I highly recommend this place for its fun atmosphere.”

“This is really decent food for the area. Especially if you don’t get the typical things. However, their chimichangas are pretty awesome if you’re not expecting authentic. Do not order the Carne Asada. Their chorizo tacos, chori queso, chori pollo… basically anything with chorizo is pretty darn good. This coming from someone who lived in El Salvador… It is not authentic. It is decent Tex Mex that works for Southern Delaware. Because we don’t have that many options. So, when you’re having a craving this place can fill it. And it is a super fantastic place to watch soccer!!!”

However the hostess acted like she would rather play on her phone then seat me because when I told her I was meeting friends she replied they are in the back and went back to her phone I walked around for several minutes looking and couldn’t find my friends so very annoyed I went back up and said just where is the back & why can’t you seat me ? Another nice girl hear me and she walked back & it was like going in a maze no wonder I couldn’t find them 🤷‍♀️ Please tell her to seat the customer 🤦‍♀️ Thanks 😊”

“My wife and I went spur of moment past Friday. As residents, we wanted to try new ‘advertised’ changes to menu, management, chef. From new hostess (very friendly and accommodating in moving seats away from live music being little loud). Appetizers (fried brussels sprouts) and crab soup were both outstanding. Pasta w/shrimp and Landing burger was equally good. Margaritas were mixed pleasingly. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. I encourage residents to give Landing a visit…”

“Been here 16 years and since our family loves Chinese Food, we have tried every place in Southern Delaware. Panda is hands-down the best. The food is great, it is fresh, and the staff is very friendly.”

“The service was great, the food was great, period. Other places should take notes, this is how an oyster fritter sandwich is done. It was light and crispy with plenty of oysters. The fritter takes up the whole slice of bread. This sandwich is a good deal at $12. I have to warn you though, get there early, they sell out pretty quickly and when you try one, you will understand why. If you love oysters, give this place a try. You won't regret it.”

“We eat at Grotto's at least 1 to 2 times a month if not more. Often we get their wings Sweet Thai Chili is our go to. Unfortunately, last night's wings were over cooked and had little to no sauce. Since it was a take out order we simply added some sauce we had a home. Hope this feedback helps them out. We do like Grotto's a Lot”
