“I wanted to say my family and I enjoyed our visit to your restaurant today. The customer service was very nice and helpful. The food was fresh and delivered to our table very fast. The dining area and bathrooms were really clean. I also wanted to say there is an older lady named Linda that was working in the dining area, who encountered a VERY, VERY rude customer. Mrs. Linda remained calm and tried talking and even apologized to the woman. The customer just got even nastier. Mrs. Linda is too nice to be treated the way she got treated. The customer should have been the one to apologize. Mrs. Linda you're a rockstar. Thank You for all you do. My family and I will be back to your restaurant and I hope to see Mrs. Linda again.“

“I accidentally left my debit card at this Arby’s. I didn’t realize it until the next day. I called Arby’s and they confirmed that they had my card and it was safe. I got it back today. I am grateful that there are still good people out there.“

“Ok! What a night! First we had to bring our brand new TV back to BJs and get a new one. Then we went to Burger King for dinner and while we were eating they had a fire and we had to evacuate!!!!!! They called 911 and fire trucks from Dagsboro are finally here. I don't know the name of the young man who is the manager but he and his crew did an AMAZING job staying calm and getting everybody out of the building! He has handled himself with the utmost maturity. AND he had to deal with a customer who was not happy because he had paid for his food but he didn't get it and he wanted a refund. I understand money may be tight but that young man had more things to worry about than that man's change from a $20 bill. Again the manager appologized repeatedly and even got his refund for him! Well done young man, well done.“

“Outstanding McDonald's restaurant in Long Neck Delaware. We stay at a motel very close to here and enjoy breakfast every vacation and or business trip morning here. Highly recommended for breakfast. Very friendly staff always and the Manager is very pleasant and friendly and remembers me every time I order breakfast.
Parking: If you chose to walk in and order breakfast instead of going through the drive through like myself you have to pull in around to the middle of this parking lot and park it's much easier. Next to the marked drive through parking only to your left.
Kid-friendliness: I see children with the parents all the time here.
Wheelchair accessibility: I don't use a wheel chair myself yet I could see the access for wheel chairs here are absolutely available to use on the entrance I use.“

“The lush gardens and plethora of green grass surrounding the building is beautiful and was the perfect spot for my dog to have a stretch and stroll and for me to get my Diet Coke with lemon, no ice. The drive through people had excellent manners and gave me great service! Thank you 🙏“
“I just had a great experience at this Subway! I stopped in for a sandwich and was helped by the store manager, Tyson. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The customer service was outstanding honestly, it exceeded all my expectations. It’s not every day you meet someone who takes that much pride in their work and genuinely cares about the customer experience. Thanks, Tyson, for making my visit such a positive one!“

“Had a bad expiernce here bout month back in drive through the lady taking my order was rude but maybe she was having a bad night. I came in today and place was spotless clean food was hot and service was great. Nina took my order and you could tell she keeps that place tip top. Will deff be back“
