“You need to teach the help that a happy meal comes w a drink that is already paid for! The girl yesterday asked the kids would you like a small or medium drink. I said their meal comes w a drink. She said I know - then why are you asking what size. I’m suppose to. No… the meal comes w a drink you don’t add another drink to it. Got the receipt - she had charged for 2 small drinks. She said is something wrong? Yes you charged for too many drinks. She was insistent she didn’t. There was no manger around. She was NOT the sharpest tool in the toolbox! She swore she did it correctly. She was so “dumb” that I ordered sweet tea lemonade and she swore they never had that. I said I’ve ordered it a few times here. Impossible BUT she’d give me lemon. She didn’t AND the tea was empty ALL day! Yes she was informed but she couldn’t comprehend that the tea doesn’t come from the machine. She kept saying you can go over there and get what you want. The tea is empty…..she just repeated you can get whatever u want over there. SMH! She was so new she squeaked and still had her price tag on her! I sat down and figured up everything we had gotten - she had not only charged us for 2 small drinks but she forgot to charge us for a large drink I had ordered but got the cup for. I gave up on her. You guys are so great that more then once you’ve said don’t dig for that 5 cents… but she’s going to get ahold of the wrong person one day and they’ll be a lot of shouting! I witnessed that at Milford McDonald’s months ago. ALL the customer did was ask for her cup and the manager behind her back made fun of her while her boyfriend was standing there. A fight ensued - not fun! The manager was 100% wrong and she set a bad example for the employees.“
“I meet friends in this place many times a year! This is my favorite spot to have a bite. I visit this place regularly. The meals are excellent, the staff is professional and the payment is reasonable. I enjoy being in this spot for a decent dinner.“

“Really great people. Almost a hour ago tonight my doordash driver never delivered my order or even replied to my text or call. Called pizza hut and they apologized and completely understood extremely relatable and chill. So they remade my order I picked it up and again apologized and they said she would be refused her dash services so no one had to deal with that kinda unprofessional personality. Totally happy and so glad, cuz I got my food, respect and great memories.“
“I really like Hardee's. I actually worked there years ago. The prices are getting high, but seem to be everywhere. I don't go there often, but have to say I enjoy going by myself 1-2 times per month. The food is always good and don't forget to get an apple pie.“
“Everytime we come here, the employees have been friendly and courteous. When we place an online order, if we walk in and it is not done, they immediately ask the name of our order and give us an update on the status. Absolutely amazing customer service and the food is always suburb.“
“We stopped here Monday night for takeout. Had to go into the restaurant because they forgot part of our order. The manager took our bag of food, threw it away, looked at our receipt and told her crew to make our meals as ordered. We told her she didn't have to do that, but she did. We walked out with freshly made cheeseburgers and fries, and the meal was delicious. Thank you to the lady manager on duty that night. She went above and beyond for us and we are customers for life. This manager belongs in corporate she is that good. Thank you!“
“The food is great but the service could use some help.I'm getting really sick when I go into any fast food place and the kids working behind the counter have a face that plainly says I'm bothering them .they never smile never answer with respect never upsell or ask if there's anything else that I would like.. it's absolutely Pathetichow they actually get away with this .. and it's because the manager is the exact same way as the employees. If they don't care then why should they“
“Dropped in unannounced with 26 people from a bus. A sports team from Maine. They accommodated us very readily. The manager was friendly and happy to have the business. I was the bus driver and they treated my wife and I well. Thank you all so much. Next te through we will certainly drop in again. “
