“The food and treats are usually good here. The service today, June 18th at 4:25pm is horrible. No one greeted me at the Drive through. No hello. No thank you. Your welcome at any of the windows. I was handed my food in silence. Doesn't matter your age, in this instance seems like a lot of teens working this shift, employees should be trained in friendly and professional customer service.“
“I came in today during a very busy lunch rush, however Crystal M the manager was very welcoming as soon as I walked in! John F made my cheesesteak which was absolutely phenomenal!! The store was so CLEAN everything was fresh and came out minutes later ! The staff worked together through the rush which was amazing to watch! Would definitely recommend this jersey mikes! Wish I could give 10 stars!Also I am a returning customer and I’ve noticed the change in management , personally this store is a winner for me now!“
“4 stars only because they hire some people that don’t seem very happy and take too long with your credit card like today, I didn’t get my receipt at the first window and caught the young Spanish lady looking at the back of my card before handing it back 2:39pm April 2 my order was $15, transferred all my money to my savings account and currently getting a new card I don’t play that sneaky stuff“

“We were picking up for someone else. This is a Taco bell / KFC you can get both of one type at the same time. The girl was great working there I didn't get her name. She was very good at what she does. And friendly & sweet it was clean that's a plus. There was one family in there staying. And another one picking up like us. I have been there for Taco bell it's good we were picking up KFC for a 92 year old man. “Was visiting my mother in law whom lives in Dover, came here because of the reviews. I must say, I am NOT disappointed one bit! The staff is extremely friendly! This is my new spot, had the bagel, bacon/egg and cheese, my husband had same but on toast. Delicious, the gentleman that gave us our order also gave us 2 free donuts. I am not a donut fan but these donuts were better than any I have ever tasted. The prices are extremely reasonable, walked out paying 11 dollars and some change for 2 sandwiches and a drink. Will be here everyday, until we head back home. Definitely give them a try, I guarantee you will not be disappointed!“

“This is a clean Chik Fil A. There is currently a play area for kids with lots of large windows!I do wish they would enforce the "big kid" policy. At some point, we gotta cut down on older kids climbing where they shouldn't be. That's my only personal complaint (that has no legitimate effect on my review of this place!)“
