Make sure to get a punch card if you're a frequent customer.One recommendation, make hard vanilla chip ice cream. Plain vanilla with chocolate chips as a topping (as suggested by an employee) is just not the same!“

“My new favorite ice cream place in Dover. Dairy Queen is slow and subpar, Rita’s has too small portions, Tre Sorelle just sells generic Hershey’s ice cream, and Cold Stone is overpriced. The Brain Freezer is the BEST in Dover, hands down. Good prices, good portions, good open hours. Can’t recommend it enough!“
“Blizzard was great. Service was friendly and fast!!! I barely grabbed a napkin, and they were handing it to me. I would have a concern for safety if I worked there with all the window stickers. There are so many you can't see in or out, but thee Blizzard was great“
“They just lost a customer until they hire a better cook that can actually read the tickets correctly and stop messing up orders. This actually happened a few weeks ago to us where we ordered the 6 piece chicken basket and two double burgers , and we only got two single burgers and only 4 pieces of chicken...... the manager made it right. Today the ticket definitely read no ketchup I am allergic and it was all over my burger. Get a new cook or teach him to read!!“
“I have only stopped at this location a few times but it’s always really quick. There’s never a huge line and the staff is friendly and helpful when trying to decide. They have all kinds of new choices and everything is always great. I def recommend stopping in for some water I’ve or their custard. It’s great!!!!“
“The food and treats are usually good here. The service today, June 18th at 4:25pm is horrible. No one greeted me at the Drive through. No hello. No thank you. Your welcome at any of the windows. I was handed my food in silence. Doesn't matter your age, in this instance seems like a lot of teens working this shift, employees should be trained in friendly and professional customer service.“
