Dairy Queen offers a variety of treats, with Blizzards being consistently good. The store has a beautiful outdoor dining area and provides friendly service, often delivered by high school employees who are learning and doing their best. Customers appreciate the effort staff put into making everything to order, especially during busy times with eat-in, drive-thru, mobile orders, and delivery services like DoorDash and Uber Eats. The store has improved over time, with staff working hard under tough conditions.
However, there are some concerns. The cleanliness is sometimes lacking, with sticky floors, uncleaned tables, and a restroom that needs attention. The drive-thru can be slow, and ice cream often melts quickly. One customer had a negative experience with hair in a chicken sandwich, which was very upsetting. Despite these issues, many find the overall experience positive, especially when staff go the extra mile, such as cleaning the ice cream prep area or providing good customer service over the phone.
