“I went tonight (9/15/2023) to pick up dinner for my family 3LG cheesesteaks and a 30 count wing. And the grill cook with the tattoos they had on shift was immaculate. My family got their food, fast and efficiently. he not only rung our order up, he also cooked it and bagged it. I’ve come to this restaurant a couple times in the past and have left. Very disappointed but not this time.Great job“

“I came in today during a very busy lunch rush, however Crystal M the manager was very welcoming as soon as I walked in! John F made my cheesesteak which was absolutely phenomenal!! The store was so CLEAN everything was fresh and came out minutes later ! The staff worked together through the rush which was amazing to watch! Would definitely recommend this jersey mikes! Wish I could give 10 stars!Also I am a returning customer and I’ve noticed the change in management , personally this store is a winner for me now!“

“I’m from NY food and I’ve ate plenty of Philly cheesesteaks. This was the best cheesesteak I had in Deleware by far. The fries were cooked when I picked up the order and were fresh and hot. The fries are from fresh potatoes similar to five guys and have the perfect amount of salt on them. The atmosphere is great, I would love to come back and dine in. First time customer and I will definitely return. Customer service is great also. The picture shows some fries and half of the large cheesesteak.“

“The store was clean, Unlike most subways Felton subway did have knats flying around the meats and vegys.Customer service is taken very seriously and each individual customer feels important .They always make sub's fast and the sub's are done right every time. I recommend going to the Felton subway.“

“I received a coupon for them but I wasn't able to put it in online. So I went to the location spoke to the manager Shawn who was aware of the problem already & he handled it accordingly & was extremely nice & professional, the whole staff was sweet & professional as well. The food was fresh & delicious ??. I highly recommend them ! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with them☺️. 1-31-24Vegetarian options: They offer vegetarian sandwiches.Parking: They have surrounding stores right next to them but there's handicap & regular parking for ALL.Kid-friendliness: They cater to all & that means that they have a kids menu.“
