“Ordered 2 party trays online for a work event. The pickup time given was later than I requested. Stopped in to see if that could be adjusted. The staff said they'd be a little shorthanded, but would make sure it was ready at the requested time. Very appreciative of them ensuring the order was ready!“

“Food was 2 sandwhiches, 2 bags of chips, and a banana foster muffin. Sandwhiches were very good & worth the money. Think Panera prices (I think, haven't been in a bit), but the food is actually good and not hospital food.

Our office was truly touched by the kindness shown by Jimmy John’s. Sherry went out of her way to bring lunch to our whole office as a thank-you to one of our employees who faithfully purchases lunch from them almost daily. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare and speaks volumes about how much they value their customers.

“I have to disclose it was a free chips for a review but offered to all! I have come a few times to this new location for lunch and it has been very good. Every time it has a full staff who now recognize me. I have the turkey mini or regular size Mike's way on the toppings and I add the cherry pepper relish. I hope I only ever get this CPR! I walk usually but there is lots of parking. Easier to navigate than the Christiana Mall location which I have not gone to much because it is a hassle especially on the weekend. I like Zoup and Capriotti's as well but the Capriotti's on Main is always slow so this store will pick up more bizz from me. I'll be around!“

“Charley’s Cheesesteaks at Christiana Mall was solid. I got a medium cheesesteak with mushrooms and peppers, plus fries and mozzarella sticks. Everything came out hot, tasted good, and the portion was filling. Not trying to claim it’s gourmet — just a good, satisfying meal when you’re in the mall.“

“Shout out to the fabulous person who helped me on Monday. The latte/coffee maker machine in the middle of the travel center took my money, ran out of milk, and did not make me a latte. The employee Pret A Manger helped me out and made me a new latte. Thank you! You made my morning way better.“

“Sandwiches at the Newark shopping center are fabulous! It was worth the wait for my order. The staffing may have been a bit short since my order was not finished until 15 min after the quoted time on-line. The bathroom ran out of TP and luckily I found some in the closet. No paper towels to dry your hands. So, it must have been a crazy day for them since it was their 50th anniversary celebration sale for $5 Sandwiches. I'll try back again on a not so busy day next time! Otherwise, great Sandwiches.“
