“I just stopped at Kisa Cafe yesterday Fri. 8/14, on my way home to PA from DE. The only thing that would have made the cafe better would have been actual, live kitties to pet! The place was clean, warm, friendly and oh so interesting. The staff and owner were wonderful, helpful creative and funny. I had such a nice time there, that I spent over an hour and a half, just looking around the gift shop and enjoying the atmosphere. The gift shop had unique offerings that I hadn’t seen before. I did some Christmas shopping there and, truth be told, bought a few things for the kid in me. ☺️What was supposed to be a 10-15 min. stop to get a caffeine coffee for my long drive home, turned out to be one of the best things about my vacation! By the time I’d left, I got to my car and realized I needed to use the bathroom again! (Hope that’s not TMI… but I’m in my 60’s and many of us old cat ladies talk about such things! lol)…. Anyway, I went right back in & this also allowed me to purchase one of the KisaCafe buttons to support local kitties. Thank you for a lovely experience!”

“This pool hall has well maintained tables and well looked after balls. Make sure its not a league night to get a table at prime times. Its not crowded earlier in the day if you're looking to get a table easily and looking for a laid back experience. The food is good for bar food, and not expensive. They are closed on Sundays. Wish they could be open. I find the staff to be very friendly.”

“We just left after having our first breakfast here. Specialty drinks can be hit or miss at placed like this, but their french toast shaken espresso hit! The acai bowl was really good and my husband loved the breakfast wrap! Staff were very friendly.”

“Pretty solid Chinese food, chicken is breaded quite a lot but never mushy chicken, always crispy. Has good soup if thats your thing. They do mess up orders but nothing out of the norm considering the price. Unless youre going to Georgetown for #1 Chinese food, best in the area for sure”

“My son and I stop here now and then but each time, the food has always been good. The service is great and they are so nice to talk to. The little place stays busy, that's for sure. Breakfast sandwiches are filling, subs, though a little smaller than the area normal, are perfect each time. If you want to support any small business in this area, stop by this shop. You will not be disappointed.”

“Yes, while the food was just about top notch and the servers were doing their best to get food to our table. I did find that the buffet was extremely difficult for my bride to get there as she needs a walker to get around. If we go back and she can't access that area, it will be our last time. After all, can't we all enjoy the ambiance of the culture?”

“The NY style pie is great. When you just eat a cheese pie and it’s delicious you know they got it right. Also have had a cheesesteak and some mozzarella sticks. The meat on the cheesesteak was great and the portions were good. Appreciated how the food was packaged too. The little things they do set it apart from the others. Will be back!”

“Our family loves Rippons! We live locally and have supported many local businesses for steamed crabs. We have found that Rippons has the best steamed crabs! Last weekend we ordered a bushel of crabs, all were heavy, full and fresh, not one had a “paper shell” or mushy. “We had a wedding last night and I want to shout the manager and the bartender that helped us. They were both SO sweet, they helped us set up and move tables. The manager even took my kiddo for a walk because I was so busy setting up. I can’t praise them enough for how they handled our crazy bunch. Drinks were 10/10 too as always!”

“My wife and I were passing through going to Chesapeake, VA and stopped for lunch. The staff was very friendly and attentive and the food was absolutely outstanding. The burger I had was hands down the most delicious burger I've ever had and will hold any further burgers to even come close in comparison. If you are ever in the area, my wife and I both highly recommend stopping here for a bite to eat.”

“Last Friday, my wife and I went to the paradise pub for dinner. I have to say, the service was extremely outstanding. Every time one of the waitresses that past our table , asked if we needed something or if everything was OK. They were all extremely attentive, especially one of the managers Kristen, I believe. I think Paradise pub should be extremely proud of the staff. The food was delicious. My wife loved her cheesesteak, and I enjoyed the flounder pounder, immensely. I highly recommend this place for its fun atmosphere.”

“I ordered cake and other sweets this past weekend! picked it up Friday for a graduation gathering that we were having at the beach when I first picked up the cake, I was worried that we would have a lot of dessert left over, but they demolished every single bit of it The cake was moist, very delicious and not too sweet. The brownies were to die for and of course, my favorite was the lemon squares and the cannolis. Will definitely be using if in the area!!!”
