I am amazed that Country Kitchen can exist offering such reasonable lunches and dinners. They post their offerings online. Where else can you get a cup of soup and a chef's salad for $9.99. The salad was large enough to serve two or in my case, a lunch and dinner. A nice amount of turkey, ham and cheese and a hard boiled egg served with garlic toast. Cheaper than eating at home. New to DE and was so happy to find the gem so close to our home! You are brought back to a different time when you enter the restaurant. The food menu is quite large. The service was excellent and staff are so friendly both times dinning there. Would highly recommend this wonderful establishment. Come hungry, the portions are plentiful and delicious!

Definitely going back EVERYONE was very friendly . The food that my wife and I ordered was delicious, everything served was hot and cooked to order. The fries were as good as I've ever had. Definitely going back.
