“My wife and I had dinner on Friday night. We did have reservations and glad we did because it was packed. I had the seafood diavolo and my wife had chicken cacciatore. Food was hot, perfectly done, and great presentation. Portions are generous. The past is freshly made and cooked perfectly!! Enjoyed talking with Vincenzo, the owner. We will return.“

“If you haven't tried Serendipity yet, you’re missing out! The atmosphere is truly wonderful—we sat on the deck overlooking the bay, and it was just perfect. The wait staff was equally amazing. Though I didn’t catch our server's name, she worked on Friday night, September 6th, and went above and beyond by helping my husband, who had recently broken his hip, get comfortably seated on the deck and back inside when we were done.

A special shout-out to the kitchen staff for their thoughtful touch—they boxed up our stromboli and even cut a little spot out for the marinara sauce. Speaking of the sauce, it was so thick and delicious that we spooned it onto our stromboli with a fork—without spilling a drop!

And the stromboli? Absolutely incredible. It was so good, I ended up writing a poem about it! It easily serves three people, but trust me, order a whole one for yourself so you can enjoy leftovers. You won’t regret it!

Ode to the Perfect Stromboli

“We just stopped here cutting through town on a road trip from Buffalo. Grilled cheese, tomato soup and lasagna were very good but the star was the pizza!! buffalo knows good pizza and this did not disappoint. Ask my eight year old who tried to eat four slices ( we wouldn’t let him, ha) The price was extremely reasonable too-less than $40 for a party of five. They import their cheese from NY and it’s delicious! The staff were all very kind especially since we have three wild little ones. The waitress even brought our bib out to our car when we forgot it. Will put them on repeat for our next trip to the coast!

“This place is top notch! Definitely go out here and enjoy an evening. The Room offers music performances, comedy shows, and I think they are working on more. They give back in a big way, too! The staff is very kind and they all seem to be very passionate about what they are doing. When you step in the door you are greeted with smiles! That's rare in the world of customer service these days. This is a wonderful place for a night out! You will have a great time! You all are doing amazing things!!! The fact that your chef made a gluten-free meal for me on a whim, really made my whole year. It was absolutely delicious too! I am usually afraid to eat anywhere because I get super sick when I eat gluten (for days), but your chef is AWESOME! They made an entirely gluten-free dinner and dessert and it blew my mind. Most people think when you ask for gluten-free items, you're being stubborn, but it's a whole thing and not a choice for me. “I ordered a meatball Stromboli, garlic bread and 3 pieces of tiramisu....AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER, the driver REDELIVERS a meatball stromboli that they attempted to deliver to a wrong address. The bag kept it warmISH but the cheese had resolidified....the garlic bread didn't share the same fate.... cold and hard, it was inedible...and the 3 pieces of tiramisu are nowhere to be found! Its now been 30 minutes since I called them for the 3rs time..1st to order, 2nd to adk about my order because it had been over an hour and was told that they brought it here and when I told them my address they realized they brought it to the wrong place, and then 30 minutes after then later the Stromboli and garlic bread arrived and I called for the third time to tell them that I was still missing part of my order because the tiramisu didn't arrive.... 35 minutes later the delivery driver returned with three tiramisu.... it took 3 calls and over 2 hours to get my order. I AM SUPER DISAPPOINTED!! I ranted and ranted about how amazing the food was there and ended up with mud on my face....because this is what I got after raving and raving about them. They made me look like an absolute fool when I ordered from there tonight! not to mention there was absolutely no offer of a discount of any kind so I spent $45 for inedible garlic bread a cold stromboli and 2 or the three tiramisu were still frozen solid. “Take it from a North Jersey guy; the best pizza I've tried in Slower Lower. Specialty pizzas are great too. Try the cheesesteak pie or Grandma pie. Awesome sandwiches also, and the Texas fries are cheesy-bacony goodness.“
