Staff that's here is good. Water ice is great. Please hire more help. They aren't enough employees. The obnoxious loud air machine blowing up the advertisement thing is really annoying where it is. Can't have a conversation while in line and standing near the stupid thing.

Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard offers great water ice and good staff. The service is polite and welcoming, and orders are made perfectly. One visit included great service, samples of a new cherry flavor, and help signing up for the rewards program. The desert was very good. The best experience was thanks to the person serving. However, they need more help because there aren't enough employees. The obnoxious loud air machine blowing up the advertisement thing is really annoying where it is. Can't have a conversation while in line near it.
