I had been recommended this place by my stepmom and hadn’t been in the area to try. Today I was around so I popped in and was shocked at the large menu of options and everything was healthy! You would think it was sugar overload if you saw the choices! The smoothies have around 20 grams of protein each I believe, but you can’t even taste it! I got the banana pudding option and I think it’s my new favorite thing. The staff was also super helpful and informative, making the atmosphere really relaxed! I’m definitely going to come here again.

While at the grocery got a card on my windshield to check this business out. Very good decision to do so. I got a berry blast smoothie and delicious. While there, met the owner and he was very informative and flexible. Found out the persons that put the card on my windshield was the co-owner/wife and their Infant child, a family business. They really have something good here in Millsboro and it's genuinely good as well as nutritious. They are very interested in meeting nutritional needs as well as preferences.

Great place for a smoothie in Millsboro. Husband and wife owner always love to see and support that!

So far I have had the Bomp Pop 😍, Grape Escape 😍, and the Sea Turtle 😍...so dang good! And the wonderful owners make it even better. We have found our new favorite spot.

Went in today and got the Salted Caramel smoothie alongside the Sea Turtle lifted mocktails. Both tasted amazing and I plan to come back.
