BJ’s is a great place to shop. I always recommend BJ’s to anyone I know. However, anyone who knows me, know that I do not complain nor write reviews. I’m mostly a private person, but needed to express what I experienced recently at the BJ’s Tire shop. I entered the shop to basically get pricing on some tires. Great warehouse pricing on everyday items
Overall, it’s a nice warehouse store. It may not be up to Costco’s level, but it does the job for the most part. They seem to be understaffed in some areas.
I do not like when someone with a loaded cart goes into the “12 Items Only” line, and no one says a word. Rules are rules, enforce the rules, or don’t have any. I wish they had item signs on the backside of the aisles! Also, there needs to be more staff members working the Customer Service desk.
