BJ’s is a great place to shop. I always recommend BJ’s to anyone I know. However, anyone who knows me, know that I do not complain nor write reviews. I’m mostly a private person, but needed to express what I experienced recently at the BJ’s Tire shop. I entered the shop to basically get pricing on some tires. I(👨🏾)was the only customer in there for about a minute before someone else walked in. There were two BJ’s employees(👨🏻🦰👨🦳)doing some work on their computers but neither one of them even acknowledged or greeted me or anything. When one of the employees looked up, the customer(🧑🏻🦳)who came in after me started complaining about some work that was done on her vehicle. Not one, but both employees (👨🏻🦰👨🦳) turned their attention to her(🧑🏻🦳) and said absolutely nothing to me(👨🏾). After about 2 minutes into their conversation, I walked out. Normally, nothing gets to me like that, but being new to the area, I’d thought I share my experience with you all.

Overall, it’s a nice warehouse store. It may not be up to Costco’s level, but it does the job for the most part. They seem to be understaffed in some areas.
I do not like when someone with a loaded cart goes into the “12 Items Only” line, and no one says a word. Rules are rules, enforce the rules, or don’t have any. I wish they had item signs on the backside of the aisles! Also, there needs to be more staff members working the Customer Service desk.

Yes I do recommend BJ’s! I love the store. But the employees need to make sure that they flush all the drugs, before they leave the bathroom because today while I was in BJ’s waiting to go onto the family restroom with my two year old,because the women’s restroom was being cleaned. A employee came out, and I went right after her. She didn’t even wait, and left her dope bags behind in the toilet! So I took a picture and I went to the management hopefully this will be handled accordingly and appropriately. Because my children going into a bathroom without bags pisses me off

Even with a line wrapping around the back of the store the staff were amazingly friendly and upbeat. The line moved along and it was very organized. Thank You BJs Staff!!!!!

absolutly ridiculous. Saturday afternoon (12:02), only 4 cashiers open. 4! 70% of the self open. No one assisting these customers that have no clue how to use a scanner...or that we even have one at the registers (which would speed it up tremendously). The line was from one end of the store to the other and wrapped around in meat market. Sorry but, this is piss poor management. Just today, prior to BJ's...was in Walmart, Sam's Club, Food Lion....all jammed packed but,
Very well stocked, outstanding control on limits of needed items, very pleasant staff, shoppers were very polite and maintained social distancing. Thanks to all working at essential businesses during this crisis.
