Food was great and big portions. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent time with friends. We enjoyed some great beer and great food, as well as excellent service.

many things not to my liking. My wife sat on a chair only to have it collapse and wind up on the floor. No one even got in touch with us to see if she was ok. paying the bill is a joke. the waitperson brings over a hand held computer with your total where you choose the tip. you are not able to see an itemized bill and you get no receipt, When asking about my points we were told it was too late to enter my rewards. This is the second time our points were not credited to our account.

Maybe this was a one time issue, but sat down maybe 5 minutes after we put our name in at the host stand. We then sat at the table for 15-20 minutes waiting for a server. As tables coming in after us got drinks, and started ordering food, we were still sitting waiting to even order drinks. So we decided to get up and leave, the menu and drinks looked great. But disappointed the service wasn’t.

Highly recommend the wings (ask for a side of ranch, it’s phenomenal). I ordered the brisket sandwich with apple jalapeño slaw and it was decent, odd texture but good flavor. Great atmosphere, service was mediocre. Will return!

Not happy with your service. Wife called yesterday and made a for a reservation for party of 7 at 2pm. When we arrived they said it was only a buffett at $35 a person and no regular service. VERY DISAPPOINTED that we were not told when we made the reservation. Not very good business.

We, a group of 7, sat in the waiting area for over 15 minutes without being acknowledged by any staff, there were plenty of tables open and staff looked at us multiple times but yet we were never greeted or sat. So we left and had an excellent dinner elsewhere down the street!

The waiting room is great. We sat there for 15 minutes while there were tables open for us, but we never got bored due to the numerous staff coloring away on their kid’s coloring sheets. We eventually got up and left.

Lean brisket sandwich average, a little dry, brisket should be served with lettuce, red onion, tomato, sliced pickle, and jalapeños, and barbecue sauce on the side. French fries oily and over fried. Cole slaw not very appealing, more like shredded lettuce than a traditional cold slaw. The IPA beers, would not recommend, flavors unable to describe. I would stay with a domestic or foreign beers. Prices are a little high. Menu needs to be improved for brisket and Mexican foods. They could check food offerings from a few restaurants in San Antonio, TX, such as Pappasitos, Rudy's Barbecue, and the County Line for some tips to improve the quality and how served. I would highly recommend my suggestions, this would improve the food and better reviews. As of this posting, I could recommend Brick Works.

it was our first time eating here. the food was absolutely amazing!! highly recommend and we will definitely be back

First time at Brickworks southern location. Food was next level fresh, beers cold and service excellent. Will definitely return.

We loved the Loaded nachos. They were excellent and filling. We will be back. Highly recommend.

The stuffed mushrooms were awesome!

Went for lunch. Not crowded our order was taken in sufficient time. App was pretzel with cheese dip. Don't waste your money $7 for two 3 inch pieces and old looking cheese dip. French onion soup was OK some vinegary taste though. Waited for food waited and waited. Waitress said will be right out. 15 minutes later will be right out then she repeated our order. Not what I ordered. Waited another 15 finally came out. I wanted to try the apple jalapeño slaw but that did not arrive our 2nd time here and both times horrible. Never going back

The food is excellent here - hands down. However, the staff cannot get a take out order right to save their lives. It’s as if they don’t want you to order take out, so skip the take out and just dine in.
