Moved here 6 months ago. Ordered a whopper with cheese meal with extra mayo and a whopper junior. While waiting, they have someone mopping the floor. No signs out they were mopping. Anyone, could have slipped and fell. There is a line at the register. Girl is still mopping instead of helping the register. They had the bathroom doors locked and you need a code to use the bathroom. Mind you this is not in the ghetto. It's in a nice shopping center. The whopper meal comes out without the cheese so we take it back and they charge us the extra 95 cents for the cheese and now it comes back without the extra mayo. People are waiting for their food. Floors are wet. No one can use the bathrooms without the code. Another customer complains her food is not prepared correctly. No customer service given at this location. We won't be going back. Sad its the only location in Millsboro.

Need better service whoever puts the french fries in the bag makes it difficult to pull them out the bag there is no way to pull them out without fries following also they don't replace them

Been there 5 times this month, order wrong 3 times, primary problem is person taking orders doesn’t seem to care, they need to get counter help that speaks and understands English!

Dine in, needed code on receipt to use bathroom so don’t forget your glasses or throw out your receipt, food not nearly as good as other burger kings I’ve been to, onion rings are more like fried onion pureee. Kind of gross.

My business partner and I have been to Burger Kings all around. This one has the best burgers no doubt, you can really taste the flame broiled meat.
Sadly I only ate one and got severe heartburn, saved the second burger, which also ruined me the next day 😂 probably the last BK trip, but it was great.
We go here every Thursday night for whoppers. The facility is always very clean and the employees are mostly of a Spanish decent.. but they are always very polite and offer fast service.. tables are always clean and the workers area is always clean as well.. you do need a code to use the restrooms and the code is on your receipt.
