HORRIBLE. The guy who took our order was attentive. But, when reaching the window pay, I guess they switched the the nice guy to a scrawny white lady wearing a hoodie (maybe uptight management) asking for our physical coupon. She said if it was an online coupon or idk what the other option was about because I was hungry and I said online coupon. Knowing that I gave a 4 # coupon...She said in a VERY CONDESCENDING TONE "an online coupon has more numbers". I told her I didn't have the physical coupon. It was in my backseat where I couldn't reach. She said it again in the same tone that she needed the coupon. I had to reach in my backseat just to get it. I mentioned to her that I've been to other BKs including this same location and I've never been asked to give my physical coupon. She said in a loud, obnoxious tone, as if she was trying to be right "WELL THEY SHOULD'VE". I was able to get the physical coupon which was for a family bundle and gave her my credit card. She still had the audacity to let me know that she had to double check if my card passed. Makes no sense since the machine tells you that... DONT COME IN THE EVENING HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. GO DURING THE DAY TIME!

Bought $20 worth of food, the only thing that was hot was the fries,burgers were wrong,no bacon,or lettuce, meat was cold,in general the meal sucks, tried to call the store, no answer after trying for 30+ minutes,rings then hangs up,had to go on line for a phone number,none on the receipt, no offers for meals and the counter girl was more occupied with her phone and chit chatting with her friends, avoid this place, there are several places in the same parking lot with better service, I'LL NEVER WASTE MY MONEY AT THIS PLACE AGAIN!!

Avoid this highway rip off joint. This so-called BK does not accept BK gift cards. What?? The locked bathrooms require an access code (seriously, this isn't "the projects", a homeless camp, nor a high-crime area). The bathroom was not clean (pubic hair ON the sink). Plus, they didn't get our order correct the first time. They rip you off by giving you a "value" size drink cup as a "small", but since I visit several BKs, that trick was obvious. They didn't have a Freestyle soda mountain like most BKs... just a limited old fashioned soda fountain. I should have followed my instincts and just gone to the Chick-fil-A right next door or several other nearby competitors to get better service and clean bathrooms. I won't visit this loser BK again.

Been here quite a few times with a not so pleasant experience. This time a young man by the name of Eduardo had helped me. He was kind, I had a question on the menu, he answered and even made a simple recommendation. Fries were super hot but that’s not a complaint. I think he was a manger but good to see BK really put someone in place that didn’t seem like they were just trying to finish another hour. Thanks Eduardo!
