The subs are very good but not if i have to make the trip twice (40 minutes each) because when they handed me the sandwich they couldnt take two seconds to check the name on the order. Maybe spend less time on their phone and more time with the customers.

We pick up in Lewes all the time on the way to Henlopen and thought we would try the Long neck one. The atmosphere was gross and the three hoagies were skimpy. Although the bread was sliced open it was so narrow that the contents were just plopped on top of it and not in it! I would recommend Wawa across the street for better quality and price.

Only Capriotti’s I have seen that doesn’t follow the rest of the locations. Hardly any meat on their subs.
This location started out strong but it has faded in the last few months. I ordered a steak sub on my last visit, it tasted bad. I tossed the sub and haven't been back. They need leadership and continuity of personnel to put out a consistently good product. Doesn't seem to be happening. Prices are too high to put out an inferior product. People will pay for good food.

My first visit here and I can't complain. I thought the staff were friendly and pleasant, the atmosphere was nice and the food tasted good and was fresh. The Classic Italian was very tasty. It was the perfect portion size for lunch. Had plenty of meats and not an overload of toppings. It was just right! I would definitely recommend this place!

First visit here and we were very satisfied with our sandwiches. The place is clean and staff was courteous. My sandwich was really above my expectations, fresh bread , fresh lettuce and tomatoes and the turkey was homestyle tasty. The sandwich was very filling with only a half of a medium being eaten. The sandwich was in no way sparse! I look forward to trying their other offerings on my next visit.Also they have a rewards program so sign up for savings.
