The pizza is constantly good with many choices .The phone staff stated it will be ready in 15-20 minutes. I showed up in 10 minutes for pickup and it was ready ?? Why ?? I opened the box and it was warm but not hot. It should have been piping hot; it was not. Apparently, they prepare pizzas in advance and place the various add ones as ordered to speed up the process. This is the second order in a row with the same result at pickup. Time to go elsewhere. It is disappointing.
Captains has the best pizza in the area by far. Not only that but the last two times we ate in the restaurant, our server Shannon was the most delightful, sweet person. She did an excellent job making sure everything was right and is just generally an extremely pleasant person. She goes above and beyond to do her job and she does it extremely well! Thank you captains for having the only legit pizza in the area and thank you Shannon for being such a sweetheart!
I met with the owner…. She’s a very nice person. Cute eyes! She said her And her husband been running the joint for some time. I haven’t eaten anything but the pizza which wasn’t that’s good but I am a a chef and would like to give people second chances benefit of the doubt if u may!she really thought I needed a job which was cute!
