Absolutely horrible customer service. We purchased lava cakes, and the box did not say to refrigerate unused portion. Refrigerating chocolate/fudge can be the wrong thing to do, depending on the product. It should be noted. The next day, we were wise enough to use Google and to call Domino’s to find out that they need to be refrigerated. I not only contacted the store, I contacted corporate, not because of the price, but because the principal. They should’ve replaced these and they will not. Corporate will not even respond to me. Absolutely absurd. Horrible, horrible customer service.

We have been going there for 6 years, never had a problem. Tonight was the worst pizza i ever had in my life. Under cooked and just nasty. Tried calling them to check their ovens but manager said they have been busy. Not sure I'd i will ever go back. Sad.

I have been ordering here periodically for the last 3-4 years. This last time I knew something was not right when the associate who handed me my pizza told me to “have fun with that”. It made me feel very uneasy at the time but I thought I was overreacting. Only my daughter and I ate the pizza and we both had thee worst diarrhea we ever had. I know it was from the pizza because I ate another slice the next day(figured I’d test it again to see if it was a coincidence). Sure enough, I suffered from the same illness. I am extremely disappointed and turned off from ever ordering from this place again.

They didn't have change for 100 and they were very rude to my aunt and when I called back they hung up on me and they sent a driver knowing they didn't have change for her 100 never buying from again unless it's from a different store.
So, we’ve been ordering from this Domino’s for quite a while and this time there was an issue with the box tops being smushed into the pizzas. Likely due to a long wait between leaving the store and delivery leading to the condensation softening the boxes; at any rate, I called as soon as I got the pizzas (they were a no contact drop off) and was put through to the manager who quickly assured me they would remake the ones that were ruined. I fully expected to have to fight with someone over this, and even though I was disappointed in what happened- things do happen and they way it was dealt with was just awesome.

I order from here often because it’s normally fast and good. Today however, my experience was horrible and I will never order from this dominos again. My order was in “quality check” for 45 mins. Until I called the store and the lady who was apparently the “store manager” told me that the Driver had an issue. That’s fine. I understand things happen. My food arrived about 20 minutes later. The pizza was undercooked. I mistakenly ordered the wrong pizza however, regardless of what pizza I ordered it should’ve been cooked thoroughly. My three-year-old took a bite, threw it down and said it was disgusting. That’s when I turned it upside down and realized the bottom was soggy wet And did not seem thoroughly cooked. I called the store back and told The store manager about the situation. She did make sure to correct me that I ordered the wrong pizza which is fine, but I did not order a pizza uncooked. she proceeded to argue with me. I asked her if I could speak to a store manager she would not give me that information when I asked her for the address so that I could bring the pizza back to the store and receive a refund she could not provide the address to the store that she is apparently managing. Again, I asked to speak to somebody higher up and she told me to ask for Laura when I brought the pizza back. At this point in time, I was so angry. I didn’t even want to take the pizza back. It’s an inconvenience to drive in the beach traffic and also the reason why I had it delivered in the first place. I am a manager myself, and I would never speak to somebody the way that this manager spoke to me. My place of work orders from here frequently when we have work celebrations to feed all of my coworkers we will no longer be ordering from this Establishment. I’m very disappointed and disgusted.., as I said I’m a manager and I would never speak to anyone that way. I’m in the process of contacting corporate about this situation. So if you want undercooked food and if you want to get your food delivered in over an hour order from this this dominos.
