Donuts are stale and staff was rude.only had 3 different options for donuts

This is what i paid for. 3 hashbowns one which looks like it was stomped on. I called to be refunded and Bianca the manager told me I had to come back for my refund. I'm extremely busy and this is stupid. Who thought this was acceptable. I should've went back and threw these things back at um.

I went into the store. I got 6 donuts with the side bacon, also the little apple pie. The apple pie was warm and yummy. The bacon was so good! A person by the name of, I think it was Whit, not 100%, he was so nice, friendly and efficient.

This place is great. I drive a little further just to come to Long Neck. The girl that works the drive thru lane on Saturday mornings ROCKS!! Everyone is always friendly and I come there for that reason alone .... plus I'm obsessed with their coffee! Thank you for good old fashion customer service and for being friendly. It goes a long way in today's society.

Donuts and stuff are great but the hot food is gross, I ordered a grilled cheese and it was hot and soft, bread with hardly melted cheese.

My GIRLS are AMAZING!

My fiancé always gets a pineapple mango refresher with lemonade. No green tea. Every time she has to go back inside because they don’t know the difference from green tea from lemonade. Tea is typically a darker color but in this case it would be a lil lighter color, while lemonade is bright yellow. I don’t know if someone or if everyone is colorblind or what but they always mess up her order no matter what. Next time it happens I’m going up there getting her money back and boy cotting you guys and going to your competition which is Starbucks and is better in my opinion.

With going to Dunkin everyday they always remember my order! They are very friendly and always accommodate me if they don't have something. Dunkin Donuts on John j Williams highway is by far the best Dunkin I've been too!

First time I ask for no ice and they give me a half cup of iced tea telling me it's because I ordered no ice saying they give less because of the no ice. Sad at almost 4 dollars, they short change me yet they saved money on the ice I never got
