First time I ask for no ice and they give me a half cup of iced tea telling me it's because I ordered no ice saying they give less because of the no ice. Sad at almost 4 dollars, they short change me yet they saved money on the ice I never got

If you place a moble order, go through the drive-thru, even if it's completely full. Otherwise, you'll be waiting over twice as long. I've seen the car that was last in the completely backed up line when I pulled up pass forever ago. When I go through the line, I get my order as soon as I get to the window.

I visit this location almost daily and this Dunkin is consistently wonderful. Except for brief times Saturday mornings in the summer when throngs of beach goers descend upon southern DE, the store and restrooms are kept very clean. The store manager is a dynamo, she is present every day keeps things running like a clock. The decaf coffee is fresh (which can be a problem in many places), and during off hours when traffic is slow, they are always happy to brew a fresh pot. The employees are all friendly, courteous, well trained and very efficient. And a recent addition to the staff, Arianna is literally a ray of sunshine!!

My orders have been messed up the past 3 times. I keep trying to call the store and I keep getting ignored. I’m allergic to chocolate so I don’t order it. But they sent chocolate doughnuts.

If I could give no stars for this experience I would. Literally placed 2 orders (one never got picked up) paid for the order TWICE and got the other from 4 hours ago. I’m beyond livid. Watered down of course because it’s iced and it melted and tastes burnt. DO BETTER to take peoples hard earned money and give them garbage in return.
