My orders have been messed up the past 3 times. I keep trying to call the store and I keep getting ignored. I’m allergic to chocolate so I don’t order it. But they sent chocolate doughnuts.

If I could give no stars for this experience I would. Literally placed 2 orders (one never got picked up) paid for the order TWICE and got the other from 4 hours ago. I’m beyond livid. Watered down of course because it’s iced and it melted and tastes burnt. DO BETTER to take peoples hard earned money and give them garbage in return.

Visiting the Delaware area and stopped in during the busy morning.I ordered a half dozen donuts for friends and family.Every donut was very fresh and worth the drive on a cold day.The representative answered my questions and had me out and on my way in minutes!

They usually get the order wrong when ordering ahead . That's my luck and my Co-workers luck anyway. Today i had the pleasure of dealing with a brat that had a bug up her ass. Gave me my order with items missing at the window. Closes the window before i finished checking the order . I need to get her back told her what's missing out of my order . With that busted ass puss on her face she goes over and throws my doughnuts in a bag and goes here ya happy ! You kidding ? U got my order wrong and i still have to hear your whining mouth . POS is lucky i didn't strangle her . I pay your hourly wage A$$hole ! Not only that but coffee was wrong and my hot items were literally cold . Get the order Fking right..!!! . I pay for items a certain way .. that's the way i want it . Easy fking job. They want more money 20.00 an hour for this ??? Fking gotta be kidding me ..! HORRIBLE !!

Ordered Sausage Egg and Cheese Wrap.No Sausage, Just Egg and Cheese!Asked for Hazelnut Coffee w/Extra Cream and Sugar. No Hazelnut and very little sugar and cream!This is “Not” the first time they’ve screwed up the order!Go to the Dunkin Donuts on Coastal Hwy!! Better Food, Better Service, Plus Ice Cream!!!!!!!!!

I order my coffee the same way every day, and it tastes different every day. I also usually get a grill cheese and snacking bacon, add the 2 together and bam, a delicious sandwich. Service is hit or miss, but I can only assume it's due to short staffing issues. At least once a week, I'm asked through the drive-through if I need or want a job.
