We are regular customers at this location. I bought two minis today(8/14) and was disappointed with both. It seems abundantly apparent that the mini rolls have gotten smaller and the meat and cheese on the number 13 subs are almost non existent. It cost me $14.70 for two mini subs and there wasn't enough meat for one sandwich. Seems the prices go up and the quality and quantity on the product diminishes....after reading some of your reviews, it seems to be just your store...so I won't be back again. I've eaten in the original Jersey Mikes at the Jersey Shore and your sandwiches are well below standards...I'm sure it's YOUR store...so maybe u can get your act together before u damage your reputation any further..Tom G

They have no bread. How do they have no bread? It is a part of every sub. Someone is not doing their job. Seems pretty simple. Order subs rolls so you can make subs for your customers. Why are they even open if they can’t serve anything on their menu?

I’m not usually one to submit reviews unless I have a truly bad experience and this is the case here. I love Jersey mikes and a frequently visit rehoboth and Milford and this locations are usually great. I decided to try millsboro because I was in the area. I placed an online order and arrived at the estimated pickup time. When I walked in there were 3 employees. One behind the counter, one by the grill and one sweeping the floor. I noticed my order wasn’t on the pick up rack and no orders were being prepared so I patiently waited at the register to be acknowledged at the minimum to which I was ignored for 5-8 minutes by all 3 employees and was the only customer in the store. When I finally said excuse me, to the kid behind the counter he replied “yeah what are you here for” I said an online order and gave him my name he said okay I’m making it now and began making my order as well as someone else’s online order as well. He gave me the order and I left. When I got home I realized the order wasn’t made correctly as it was missing 3 of the ingredients I asked for and the quality of the chicken salad itself was poor compared to what I received at the other locations. I contacted the management through the online portal and the next day the manager got back to me and offered a refund and for my next sub to be on him. I accepted and thanked him for his prompt reply. That was 2 days ago and I have yet to receive either of the items promised so I decided to make a public review.

Sounded like a damn night club there, and the food was the worst that I have ever had at a Jersey's Mike.
If you're looking for a $13 roast beef sandwich make sure to go here. You get one white roll and one slice of roast beef. We just doordash two sandwiches for $35. The sandwiches weren't enough for a 5-year-old not to mention the turkey sandwich was supposed to have nothing on it do to food sensitivity.It came with nothing on it, but they had mistakenly put something on it as you could see that it was taken off as they left some remnants of lettuce on the sandwich. I was at this Jersey Mike several times last year not one issue/ quality has certainly gone down.

We have always loved jersey Mike's. We were so disappointed with our last order. The 4 subs were not worth the prime price. They hardly had anything on them. We might as well get them from wawa.

if i could give 0 stars i would, the staff are all dead inside, asked how they were doing and no responses, then after that… i caught food poisoning, still trying to recover, will never eat jersey mikes again.

I called on Saturday for a 2:00 pickup for Sunday, I was paying cash therefore couldn’t order online. 3 giant subs, almost $50. No one knew where my order was at 2:00, finally a guy came in (assuming it was a manager) oh yeah that 2:00 order, laying on the counter….no one had started it. Ok, I’m on a tight schedule but ok. Let me run pick up the other things and illl be back. Ok, I paid and left I was back there 2:20ish, they were done, no apology for lateness, nothing. The subs were so disappointing. Weak, hardly anything on them, they were ordered “mikes way” and had absolutely no taste, they weren’t mikes way. I am on fixed income,$50 was expensive to me But it was a treat for my company while tree trimming went on. All I can say is Never Again. Big disappointment and expense.

Food was awesome. Service was good, however if I am physically making a trip to order because I'm out and about i don't want to have to wait 10 minutes as the ONLY person in line while the meat slicer is prepping online orders. I literally waited 10 minutes until my order was taken. Someone physically showing up to order should either take priority or there should be a different station doing online orders. I don't want to have to plan ahead and use an app, and am less likely to come into the store if I'm going to have to sit around and wait for doordash, Uber eats, or other online orders ahead of mine. Love Jersey Mike's subs but this will make me think twice about coming in next time.
