This is my first time. Going I ordered 2 cheese steaks both with different toppings. When I got home the orders were both completely wrong. They made me wait on my food for over 45 minutes and it was not busy. When I called back to tell them they messed my order the older lady with dirty blonde hair told me I was wrong and she got the order correct when I told here specifically “ I need two cheese steaks with different toppings. After she was done being rude over the phone she then hangs up on me. This company needs to hire new people who are capable of listening. And not rude with attitude. To the Longneck deli (manager). You should consider sending and undercover shopper so you can see how they truly act when you not there. Sincerely, A Highly disappointed customer. And the cheese steaks look for your self. Money wasted

Ordered in person with it being a football Sunday. Place was very busy but we still got our order in a very timely manner. Food was delicious as usual and enough for another meal! Long Neck Deli is one of the best places around!

I got a supreme Italian Soggy soon as I got home 1 1.2 miles away literally ONE not even full slice of prosciutto 2 1/2 slices of Capicola Lots of cooked ham (which doesn’t belong on an Italian hoagie ) 3 slices of hard salami I paid for an Italian & got an American hoagie Highly disappointed Stop going couple yrs ago Decided to try again Nooe still the same Stop with leaves of lettuce & shred it I also got the core to the lettuce (ty for that ) I give up Rather drive a little further & go to Rust on 24 they make a hoagie like it should be Sorry not sorry

Don't skip this place due to appearances-these subs are AMAZING. Made with delicious bread and packed with meat. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth what we paid. We will definitely be back!
