Easily some of the best food I've had locally, Los Mayas has become one of my frequent places to eat in or take out. The street tacos, choriqueso, arroz con pollo... everything I've tried so far has been outstanding.

The guacamole was exceptional. The drinks were amazing and the rest of our dishes were really tasty. The service was great!
I held back one star for the ambiance and choice of music. It was extremely bright, it felt like a cafeteria because the lights were so stark. We also wished the music was more culturally themed to create the fun atmosphere Mexican music brings to the whole experience!
With those two changes, we would visit more often!

For the first time I need to say that I didn't like the service and food of the restaurant . This being our favorite family place. This time we were over charged and given onion instead of claiming vegetables. When asking for clarification over the unfair charges , we were told that this how we charge now. La tonalteca is much better in service and food at the moment .

Los Mayas is our GO TO Mexican restaurant in Delaware! The food is great, fresh and authentic. The service is always fantastic and fast. There is a variety of dishes to choose from and we enjoy trying different things while there. Highly recommend it for really great food!

It took awhile for my food to come out , it wasn’t busy and service was slow. I ordered the mixed fajita and my friend ordered another fajita both fajitas were bland no flavor. The margaritas had too much mix.

Service was excellent. Prices were reasonable. Ambiance was nice. The food was excellent but order accuracy for some in my party was a little off. However this was quickly remedied when mentioned to the staff.

My dish was really good, enchiladas rojas. Chicken in them was tender and flavorful. The black beans were seasoned well unlike some other restaurants. Portions were excellent.

I would give them a five star but because a couple people in my party we're not entirely happy with their dish I'll give it four.

I would definitely return.

We were seated immediately, we went for an early dinner at 4. No one ever acknowledged us at all, we made the 3rd table that needed service. The other 2 tables were already eating. So we left and didn’t experience even their water !!!
