Ordered 2 ranch snack wraps and a buffalo ranch mc crispy sandwich and they just put in 3 snack wraps. I got robbed 3 dollars cause ppl working there can’t read. Pathetic honestly

I live 4 miles from this place and have avoided it for 4+ years. No other fast food at 6am options forced me in there 2 times in 3 weeks. First time ! Homeless people living in cars in parking lot. A man, woman, dog CROWDING THE ENTRANCE WHILE USING WINDOW SILL AS ASHTRAY. 2nd visit, no obvious homeless, ordered at kiosk and it charged my card for sure because of alert, BUT NO RECEIPT. Waited at counter for a human to come into sight, FINALLY THE SUPERVISOR WALKS PAST IGNORING ME AND I STOPPED HER. I tried to CALMLY explain my concern, SHE PROCEEDED TO TALK TO ME LIKE I DID SOMETHING WRONG !!! Then a young girl walked up with an order and asked if it was mine, it was, manager TURNED AND WALKED AWAY BEFORE I SAID YES !!! How does this vile place exist ???? SCARY

Pretty nasty when your in the drive through and you watch worker loading the food ship ments smoking a cig and pulling product into the store still smoking inside as he walks in very nasty.

Update: McDonald's pretended to care by replying to the bad review they received asking me to submit through their website but that's all they have done, absolutely zero follow through. I've not received a phone call, an email message or even acknowledgment other then an auto reply that they received my complaint. I would think with the chance they could have killed someone by placing none edible items into the sandwich that they would atleast follow up with something. Even a I'm sorry would have been a start. Terrible terrible service from this location!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. This is beyond unacceptable. This location is managed very poorly as you can tell from the service you receive. Somebody thought it would be funny to put a sticker tag right in the center of the McMuffin. This happened around 7am on 9/3 disgusting behavior!
