Horrible drive thru employee I Was given the soda that she offered the person before us which was barely half full. Then got an attitude with us because the cheeseburgers were supposed to be plain, so then we got regrilled burgers with cold cheese hanging off the bun and ketchup stains all over the”plain” burgers wrapper… she was just an ignorant excuse for an employee all around. Horrible service I’ll stay going to chickfila from now on

I'd give 1 star, but the breakfast crew is good. The breakfast crew gets 4 stars, because they rarely disappoint. The tables are usually dirty though, but they're probably busy since breakfast is still McDonald's best thing. It's the night crew that doesn't melt the cheese that's hanging half off the burger, never cooks the fries right, and God forbid they acknowledge your presence as a customer. Now the restaurant gives PAPER STRAWS. NO THANK YOU. They're nasty. The last good thing you can get at any time at McDonalds, the Coke, is now ruined too by paper straws. It changes the flavor of the soda because the straws themselves have a flavor. Let's be real, McDonald's is overpriced garbage now. It's really embarrassing.

It's a great thing about mcdonald's, no matter where you go into country, you know what, you're getting. That's not a bad thing. This particular one was very clean.

Always quiet and they don't fuss about our service dog. First stopped by 2 years ago and they were absolutely amazing. Recently tho seems like staff has changed and quite a few of the young kids have attitude but a mom or dad look and they go back to work. But food is always normally hot and delicious, the coffee is amazing. Today on 8 19 25 specifically they didn't care about the fries and this is the same day I had the attitude issue with the younger staff but it was quiet and nice and just needed for a rainy day.

40 minutes and still waiting for our food. Communicating the reason for delays would have gone a long way, and a loss of attitude when asked after 40 minutes passed as to the whereabout of our food would’ve been appreciated. Food was great when it finally arrived.

RUDE! There was clearly an issue with my app and our order. The staff at the drive thru said its not their problem, take it up with the app. Manager comes to the window. We cant do anything. Ummm excuse me? Had my order confirmation and the money was already out of my account. Unacceptable.

I believe the manager who helped me was Tremir (I hope I spelled it correctly). He was the friendliest and most professional manager I have met at an establishment like McDonald's. I think he would be a great store manager or whatever promotion he may be up for.

I walked into this McDonald’s, hoping for good, but then I check on the ground and I see a rat running around, but then it was my turn to order and this service was probably the best McDonald’s service of all time and the food was good but also OK at the exact same time also I see flies all over the place so that’s why the one star is at atmosphere
