Seems they prioritize drive thru- I am inside- waiting. Why not just put put up a sign drive thru only. This is just bad. I see 6 cus. It including me… all waiting.
Well took a bit - was a bit pissed it took so long- took the bag and left… Should have looked - partial order. Not bothering to turn car around- easier not to go back.

Update to the response I received from the owner. Doordash was not the problem your store was the problem. You need to address it not tell me to address somebody else with my complaint
Ordered door dash less than an hour ago...2 Big Mac Meals and a Chicken deluxe meal...received, (1 )6 piece chicken nuggets and a quarter pounder. And the unsweetened tea I ordered because I;m diabetic was a sweet tea, so thanks for trying to kill me. Door dash reimbursed us but really McDonald's.....what were you thinking

20 minutes for curbside and had to go back in messed up the order
Horrible drive thru employee I Was given the soda that she offered the person before us which was barely half full. Then got an attitude with us because the cheeseburgers were supposed to be plain, so then we got regrilled burgers with cold cheese hanging off the bun and ketchup stains all over the”plain” burgers wrapper… she was just an ignorant excuse for an employee all around. Horrible service I’ll stay going to chickfila from now on

I'd give 1 star, but the breakfast crew is good. The breakfast crew gets 4 stars, because they rarely disappoint. The tables are usually dirty though, but they're probably busy since breakfast is still McDonald's best thing. It's the night crew that doesn't melt the cheese that's hanging half off the burger, never cooks the fries right, and God forbid they acknowledge your presence as a customer. Now the restaurant gives PAPER STRAWS. NO THANK YOU. They're nasty. The last good thing you can get at any time at McDonalds, the Coke, is now ruined too by paper straws. It changes the flavor of the soda because the straws themselves have a flavor. Let's be real, McDonald's is overpriced garbage now. It's really embarrassing.
