I was here on Saturday (1/10) in the drive-thru and honestly wish I hadn’t been so patient. I sat in the drive-thru line for over 8 minutes, which is already ridiculous. When I finally reached the window, the manager (I’m assuming, since she was wearing a black apron) didn’t greet me at all! I only know her name was Leanne because of her name tag. Instead of acknowledging me, she was yelling about an order name she couldn’t find, as if customers weren’t WAITING at the window.
She then closed the window on me and I sat there for another 4 minutes before finally receiving my ONE drink, which had been sitting right next to her arm the entire time. The lack of awareness and customer service was actually jaw dropping.
If you’re thinking about stopping here, I genuinely hope the manager isn’t on shift. Smh. Do better, Millsboro.🤦🏼♀️ I never have this issue with other Starbucks stores.
I stopped by earlier this evening around 6 p.m. after having a particularly difficult day. I had come in hoping to purchase the Christmas Blend beans, but unfortunately they were out of stock. A barista named Carla was incredibly kind and even checked in the back to be sure. When I mentioned the item rang up as clearance (though the price did not reflect that), she went above and beyond—she generously paid for it herself. I don’t believe I have ever felt so genuinely seen or cared for at a Starbucks location. The other two baristas were also very pleasant and welcoming. I found myself praying for Carla on the drive home and truly hope she is doing well. I will most certainly be returning. A wonderful experience—10/10.

Terrible service. In the drive thru the lady was extremely rude, making remarks about our order. We then ordered a bagel with cream cheese and after we payed, we are told that we weren’t charged for our cream cheese so I handed him my card, and he said he was sold out. Who would want a bagel with no creek cheese? I don’t understand the logic behind it, it was pure laziness. Everyone had an attitude and it got my morning started off bad

Inconsistent drink recipe from different baristas. I come for the drink I ordered, not the drink as you think it should be. The entire region of Starbucks and you can’t get the same drink at any of them. Been going on way too long and close to giving up on all of them.

EXTREMELY slow service at the drive-thru thru...
I was given a medium Coffee when I ordered and paid for a Large , this happened on two different occasions.

For starts you have to go in a completely separate shopping center to hit their drive-through, which was very inconvenient but OK whatever I could’ve just went to the light, but I didn’t feel like it. But the real problem is their customer service. I go in there and sell them. I’d like to change my drive-through order to a pick up order and they act like it’s a inconvenience and then they proceed to make literally all the other orders that have been placed on the app before mine, knowing I’m standing there waiting. You would think if somebody placed an online order, you know 10 minutes ago and they’re they are waiting that you would make their order because if I pulled up in the drive-through, then they’d have to make my order to make their drive-through go by.

Starbucks is a consistent offering — for the traveler that’s a great quality 🙂
Would love to see this location improve the service experience.
Consistently long wait time for orders (in cafe) and disconnected staff make this great location and up to date store present as less than it could be.

I got 3 drinks and I placed the named order for Hailey but they put Andy and I got a Frappuccino with almond milk but they gave me coconut milk and I also got a chocolate cookie crumble drink but I only got the drink and whip cream I didn’t get the cookie crumbles and chocolate syrup on top.
