This Starbucks makes the best drinks!! My iced PSL had a ton of cold foam- every other Starbucks I visit skimps on the cold foam…even when I order extra. The ice is the good crunchy kind too. This store should train all other Starbucks stores on how to make proper drinks!
So what kind of coffee shop aka starbucks has a coffee brewer broken for 4 DAYS now. This is absolutely ridiculous that a coffee shop is this backwards and can't get another brewer and or tech to fix it? This is a prime location right on a busy highway and this is the service we get. On top of it there are no signs indicating it and the ppl are rude when you ask about it and don't seem to understand cold brew is not the same so stop trying to sell it as iced coffee. SMH their about to lose a long time customer

I recently visited the Starbucks in Millsboro, Delaware, and had the pleasure of being assisted by Ali, one of the baristas. From the moment I walked in, Ali’s enthusiastic smile and welcoming demeanor made me smile. She went above and beyond to help me navigate the Starbucks app, making the process smooth. Her genuine eagerness to assist, coupled with her warm and positive energy, truly stood out. It's rare to come across someone who is so genuinely happy to help, and Ali was just that. She made my day, and I can't thank her enough.

DO NOT order your drink inside if you want it in less than 30 minutes from when you order. They clearly prioritize the drive-thru. Also, note that they seem to be out of many of the seasonal drinks.

I went here Friday 7/19 @1217p during their $3 drink special. I was waiting in line to be helped whom the cashier at the time was Nick. There was also another nice young lady in-front of me and in-front of her there were a few additional people. When the young lady in front of me was walking up to be serviced Nick left the cashier station and went to drive through and did not return with no communication as to if someone else would be servicing us. I would never be the person to pull the race card however, the additional people in front of us were of a different race and just when this young lady and myself were at the register he leaves without a word. Terrible customer service. I usually do mobile orders however their system was down, in best efforts to avoid things like this. Gladly, another young lady Aly helped us and we were able to order.

Horrible customer service experience this morning. My boyfriend and I walked into the store and there were 4 employees working and absolutely no one else inside. After about 5 minutes we asked would someone assist us. They seemed highly annoyed and the person that helped didn't bother to apologize or even say good morning. Either they are very rude or unable to multi-task both the window and in-store customers. Please provide additional training to the morning team. They are horrible.
