The lady on window at 11:16pm is the worst taco bell employee ive met. Normally id chalk it up to a bad day but we have had multiple incidents with the lady. 1 not knowing the menu such as the loaded beef nacho being a offering. 2 cant read tickets. I tell her i have a mobile order for madeline and placing a 2nd order. Upon arriving at the window she hands me a door dash order for a maddie. And just the basics like putting ice in drinks that say no ice. Like this woman either needs to go back through training or doesn't need to be there at all.

For those complaining, then go to the KFC/Taco Bell in Georgetown. You will have a new appreciation for this place. The food was ready fast, and it was right. I don't see where the tacos or other food wasn't filled properly. If you want Taco Bell this place is the one to come to.

I have been to alot of taco bells, outside looks great, inside decent but the employees !! I mean wow, the most rudest ones i have ever encountered in my life, they were nasty, mean, talk to you like trash and throw the food at you like your basically dirt ! I would not come back to this store again, if yoU like being treated like a dog then come HERE !!! Terrible !!

Everything was great , everyone was happy.
Kid-friendliness: Kids love the cheese quesadillas
Today we had two large mobile orders $270 total. We called ahead that morning at 1130 am to make them aware for a large order 6pm pickup.
When getting there around 545 we were told the orders weren't in the system, but after speaking with the manager and showing our email confirmation, she worked to get our order correct and fresh. There was a manager change from am to pm.
We waited for a few mins, but that was no problem at all with the quantity of the order. She and her crew were polite and hooked us up with sauces and everything we requested.
We're very happy with the service we received and would recommend this place. Staff were actively going around the seating area to clean.

I called this Taco Bell to see if they were still opened at 10:00pm. The guy who answered the phone was extremely rude. Not sure why he is so rude - Horrible customer service.

This is one of those locations that don't check or confirm their orders with you. If you deviate any way from the menu (ie no Chipotle sauce) they won't pay attention and just make it the standard way. This has happened to me multiple times at this location and then I'm met with an attitude like it was my fault. Actually had an employee say "well did you even order it that way?" I had to show them the ACTUAL ticket where it said the modifications on it printed out in black and white.
