I've eaten at several Texas Roadhouses in various places in the US where the restaurants are located - I've NEVER had a bad meal. 5 stars all around...
Visited Texas Roadhouse for a special birthday celebration, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. Our group had reservations, yet we were unexpectedly asked to split tables, leading to a disjointed dining experience with separate servers. This arrangement not only disrupted the celebration but also resulted in our meals being served 15 minutes apart, despite assurances that they would arrive together.
It appeared that one of the female server was not happy about the original seating and was the one that requested the move, which further impacted the atmosphere. For occasions like this, better coordination and communication among the staff are essential. Suggesting a system where servers share tips might encourage a more team-oriented approach to service. Hoping for a better experience next time, as the potential for improvement is definitely there.

We were having dinner to celebrate my brothers birthday. They completely mixed up our orders, the steak my brother had was full of gristle and very small. It seems the management in not in control of the place.

Held up at the hospital this morning but when we got there at 3 morning tells us too late only 11 am till 2 pm morning could have okay that but no way.

This will be your typical, texas roadhouse.Review with the food being right on par.And the service very good. The only thing bad about this visit was the wait time to get a seat. We waited an hour and a half but that was the only bad part of the meal.

So wonderful. The service was great. The food was so good and I was not feeling all that well but the filet was cooked perfectly and our Ceasar salad was delicious. Absolutely love this place. Have never had a bad meal or service.

This is the 2nd time where our food has been sorely lacking!!! I purchased 6 dinners for pickup on Wednesday evening. The combination chicken and rib dinner I ordered, was truly a 1 star. The chicken was tough, and when I looked at the bottom, it was actually burnt. The ribs had so much more fat than when I've ordered it previously. My husband ordered a NY Strip steak this time, because the combo sirloin & chicken was so bad the last time. Well, the NY strip was tough, and filled with gristle throughout. Our guest got 2 BBQ chicken dinners, and even his was tough. I saw him struggling to cut the chicken breast with a steak knife. That should not be!!!! The 2 salmon dinners were consistent, so I'm grateful for that.
I rated the Service at 3, due to the unmanned pickup area. I stood back there for over 5 minutes, and I knew my food was ready. I had to call on the phone to have them send someone back to give me my food. I know they were busy, even on a Wednesday, and I understand not keeping a staff member there throughout the business hours, but I do believe they need to make sure they keep a check, or put a camera that can be viewed from the main restaurant.
I'm sure the Millsboro location won't miss our business due to the overwhelming support they receive from so many, but I am saddened that I will have to drive all the way to Seaford, especially if I want BBQ or steak.
