My family and I went I around 45 minutes until close. We understood there may be some option unavailable. The first thing the employees said was “dining room closes soon.” Then just stared at us. We were planning on quickly eating and heading out to go shopping since we are here on vacation and needed to grab a few nessesaties. The whole time we felt as if they were just pushing us out of the store. My family then placed their orders to then be told they wouldn’t do milkshakes and they weren’t doing any more melted cheese or bacon for the night running half my family’s order who ended up not ordering anything anyways. Not just because of the food but the employees had a fairly bad attitude. It was disappointing since they were only told this after they had entered the order into the pos then went to the next person thinking they’d make it. We ended up waiting roughly 20+ minutes before receiving the food. The food itself was fairly good. They further did this to every customer that came in after. Doordashers were also not getting what they ordered because they had quite a few things not available.

I ordered the Cajun burger with No bacon, No lettuce, No tomato. I also ordered a combo of onion rings and a root beer, No ice. I ordered a strawberry milkshake with no whip cream. What did I receive? Cajun burger loaded with bacon, No root beer at all, and strawberry milkshake loaded with whip cream.Was I happy absolutely not!

It's your basic fast food burger joint, but better than BK & McDs, burgers appear to be handmade upon order
Great service. Friendly staff. I had the classic burger and my son had the grilled buffalo chicken. Everything came out fresh and delicious.

*UPDATE* OVER 1 MONTH AND STILL WAITING FOR A REPLY FROM MILLSBORO LOCATION*
So here we go again below is my original review I received a reply from the owner giving me an email address to contact. Five emails yes five and not one reply. Company is a total scam not only does the Millsboro location not have employees, but apparently there is also no customer service at the fake email address the owner gave me. How can you email a company five times and receive no reply. This must be their way of getting rid of customers with this fake email address. Have contacted the better Business bureau there's nothing else you can do. What a lousy company.
Original review below: I can't leave a review about the food because we just left there after not being served. We sat at the drive-thru window but nobody ever came to assist us and there was nobody behind the counter how can you do any business when nobody works there. Upon leaving this review now will be calling corporate to find out how they have a drive-thru but nobody even works there.

We got a classic cheeseburger and a custom burger in the patty melt style. The food was ready in a timely manner, and the employees were friendly. The burgers were flavorless and greasy (how does remoulade sauce taste like nothing?) and the cheeseburger was missing it's cheese. The onion rings were fine, the cheese curds are extremely average, and the "hot, salty, crispy fries" were none of those things. 2 stars because I'm fairly confident neither of us have been poisoned, but I won't be returning.
