“Staff extremely friend despite being extremely short staffed. People were being rude and impatient and the staff - a girl with orange hair and a guy in a Yeti hat - were friendly, helpful and worked hard despite it being only the two of them. Donuts are amazing as always and worth the visit.“

“We can't speak to the donuts, but their customer service is AMAZING. We ordered a Sandy Pony Donuts t-shirt (tie-in with the TV show Pluribus). The t-shirt is very cool and, when we needed a larger size, the owner sent one out to us immediately. Now we can't wait to try their donuts :)“

“First time ever tried it out today and I have been missing out, the enthusiasm alone from the employee after I named out every donut I wanted was enough to sell me even more. It was like he was happy about his own product and that says a lot about people nowadays, especially employees if he wasn’t the owner. “The establishment looked vibrant and was clean.
We didn’t wait long for our food and were helped by Chloe. (She was awesome).
I had the Jerk chicken wrap and it did not disappoint at all.
My friend had their famous funnel fries and those were super tasty and delicious.
Plus I love how close they are to the beach.
Definitely going back next time I’m around the area!

“I've been coming here lately with my partner, and every time I order my toasted everything bagel w/butter & with NOT crispy bacon LOL, they have pretty much knocked it out of the park. And the times that they have made a mistake, they picked up on it before I did. Very friendly people to speak to in the morning, I really appreciate their good service and the fact that they cater to certain needs. Also whoever is back there making those coffees is doing a doing a dang good job! ( only thing I would ask is that the hot chocolate be made with milk and not water, but that could just be a company policy, who knows?) Either way this is the only dunkin donuts 🍩 that I will go to since every other one just... doesnt hit. Tysm to the workers!!“

“This place is great. I drive a little further just to come to Long Neck. The girl that works the drive thru lane on Saturday mornings ROCKS!! Everyone is always friendly and I come there for that reason alone .... plus I'm obsessed with their coffee! Thank you for good old fashion customer service and for being friendly.
