“This is the best DD in Atlantic City. I come further from my home to come here. The cashier Tuli was very attentive as always. Today she helped choose a new drink. I didn't know the difference between a cappuccino and a latte and she had the answer right away. Today I watched her fix a guest's mistake. The guest said he wanted ice coffee with almond milk but he was on the phone and didn't realize he didn't say light almond. So when he got off the phone to correct the order he said he said a "splash of almond milk". He did not say that but Tuli still without question made him a new one. The ladies always do their jobs well. Many people come to just sit here and drink coffee and read. Nice atmosphere.“
“I had an ok experience the food was ok. The cashier made a mistake but she corrected it, by giving us an extra doughnut. There condiment station was a mess, the trash was overflowing and there were napkins.Parking: There was okay parking. Just a few spots were available“
“They are open 24 hours and are tucked away close the to the front desk area. Nice option as there are mostly starbucks on the Boardwalk. I wasn't actually staying at the hotel(Bally's) so I wasn't aware of them until I happened to walk thru the lobby so I thought it was a good find!They pretty much have everything any other Dunkin would have which is great. They don't deal with the reward points though which seems to be the norm on the boardwalk. The staff was quick and nice and our order came out quickly. Definitely be back whether or not I'm staying at Bally's or not.“

“For a high volume store, might I suggest a person at the counter at all times. Too many staff manning the drive thru and food prep stations and no one to handle customers coming into the store. I watched people walk out because no one was at the “
“Everyone was so friendly, happy, educated (on products sold there and quantity left) and of course, helpful!Wheelchair accessibility: There were limited parking spots for disabled guests, but that wasn't a huge deal unless you need a space for a van and wheelchair lift. Otherwise, rooms were great for the price! Room was clean, private, not noisy, lovely spa shower/ tub. I have stayed here a couple times and have never had a problem. The pool and hit tub were beautiful ?! Definitely would recommend to a friend looking for a mid budget priced hote“
“I came in Sunday afternoon was craving a blueberry muffin & about 2 donuts. Saw the red velvet & grabbed 1/2 dozen. Lady behind the desk was GREAT!! Looked for the muffin being they were out(all Dunkin’s are by like 10am) & found one!! Was in/out(dog was in truck) A+Service…REALLY!! give her a raise!!Red velvet donuts are CRAZY good too!!“
“I absolutely love Smithville Dunkin. I have been going there for 4 years now and I go 5 days a week on my way to work. The manager is super nice and always smiling. The crew are friendly and I've never had a bad experience there..sure sometimes I've had to wait but I also understand that people are ordering food which must be cooked and people are I side ordering at the counter and on the go orders are being filled all at same time I'm ordering in the drive thru. People are human and nobody is perfect and sometimes we all have bad days. I've learned not to be critical or judge someone because you never know what that person may be going through in their personal life. I've worked in retail, grocery ,restaurants waiting tables and I know good customer service when I see it. The store is always clean and well cared for and I appreciate anyone that is making me breakfast and my favorite coffee at 5am. I have never been dissatisfied with Smithville Dunkin the workers all know me by my name which makes my experience there so much more personal and I always pull away feeling good. I've seen probably 6 or 7 managers go through that store in the past 4 years and the one they have now is wonderful. So I hope that they see this and encourages them to get a good review. People are quick to say something negative but never just say something positive about a business. So keep on trucking Smithville you have many more customer that love your store and service then people that don't. Remember that.“
“I was starving and needed something quick between my classes. Got a double sausage on an everything bagel and a Locha Mocha. Happily satisfied with the quality and how fast they got the order made. Made my next class fly by since i was no longer hungry!“
“Customer service is always friendly. I would suggest everyone who goes to DD often to get a DD perks card, when you reach 200 points you receive any size drink free. You don't realize how easy, to accumulate 200 points. They run specials daily for members, where you can get 2X-5x points with purchases. My go to, is the original hot or iced coffee with vanilla swirl, and my new go to in the summer is the iced brew French vanilla swirl.“
