“Coffee is simply not as pleasant as it was when miss coco was here, the last time I stopped by a gentleman named “price” was in an argument with a customer before me so I already knew what I was going to deal with. When it was my turn to order he was so impatient with me, he had a very aggressive tone and I did not feel comfortable talking to him. I would not be writing this review if my coffee was made the right way, but even that was a disappointment. I will not be going here ever again. Thanks price. We miss you Coco“

“The two young girls that work there are fantastic! I only get a medium frozen coffee once in a while. I am diabetic and always ask for just a drop of mocha or not even half a pump. You would be surprised to know how many I have gotten at other stores that were so sweet that I couldn't drink them.
The girls are an asset to your company. Not only personable but amazingly attentively. They keep the store clean also!

Got overcharged for some garbage I didn't consume because the girl at the window nor any other human present in the store count void my order or issue a refund for the correct price. Do not recommend. Also check prices since large signs indicating a specific price were not honored.“

When i came back to request my order (i offered to pay for a new coffee) the girl inside immediately recognized that she gave me the wrong order and right away not only apologized but remade my drink perfectly with no additional charge. At other locations, I’m getting a completely different tasting coffee everyday. The staff is friendly and are always kind. They know both of us by name and I’ve always had a great experience here.“

Turns out that I was wrong and got the same amount of kindness and respect as the other customers who weren't disguised as someone who looks suspicious. 5 Stars.“

“I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts and it’s very mediocre. Don’t bother after 12, your order will be wrong, it’s like the hire people and just tell them to walk in and figure it out in the afternoon. It’s very up and down, but my expectations are low and it’s the closest Dunkin to my house. The coffee was good. The staff is pretty nice and generally accommodating. It’s a pretty normal Dunkin Donuts.“
