While occasional mix-ups occur, like missing matcha in a latte, the staff remains nice. The beautifully remodeled location impresses, though service could be improved, as seen when an employee didn't respond to a polite gesture. Despite this, the friendly and efficient staff make it a quality Dunkin' Donuts worth revisiting.
